It is good equipped (wellness is a part of the hotel). The room is typically equipped.

Cons:

The first room we got was not prepared according to our reservation - for 5 people only one master bedroom was prepared. We were also missing the information about the pool from which time all the attractions are available.

Amazing water park
Perfect for children of all ages - adults included
Has a soft play centre on site, very clean and my kids loved it - additional charge for this.
Good size rooms, located right next to the airport - could watch the aeroplanes flying and landing

Cons:

Location - a bit far from the old city which I would say is the main area in Sarajevo.

Sympas mais décevant pour un 5 étoiles
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et agréable. Gros coup de cœur pour la piscine pour enfants sur le thème des pirates, ainsi que pour la piscine intérieure chauffée. Le petit-déjeuner est correct et propose suffisamment de choix pour satisfaire tous les goûts.

Cons:

Malheureusement, plusieurs points nous ont déçus. Les transats au bord de la piscine ne sont pas compris dans la réservation : il faut compter 5 € pour un transat et 25 € pour un bed. Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, nous trouvons cela assez moyen, surtout pour les clients qui séjournent déjà sur place.

L’entretien des piscines est également à revoir, l’eau et les abords n’étaient pas toujours très propres.

Enfin, nous vous conseillons de bien fermer vos valises avec un code. Des vêtements ont malheureusement disparu de notre valise. Heureusement, ils n’avaient pas une grande valeur, mais par principe, cela reste totalement inacceptable et nous a beaucoup déçus.

Pros:

They gave us a very uncomfortable room with fewer beds than we booked for .. my wife send them 10 messages at least and no one responded property and we ended up with a room where we all could not sleep properly ..

Cons:

staff is not very nice at the reception and dinner buffet is very bad

We checked into our first room, room 5020, and immediately found three problems: the air conditioning didn't work, the television didn't work, and the electrics were faulty the lights flickered and pulsed constantly throughout the room.

I called reception. A technician came up and spent an hour in the room. Nothing changed. A second technician came and spent another hour. They eventually got the TV and the air conditioning working, but the lights were still flickering.

This is where it stops being an inconvenience and becomes a safety issue: I am epileptic. I told the staff this. I asked repeatedly to be moved to another room. I received no response at all. We were left to spend the night in a room with strobing lights.

The next morning I went down to reception in person and insisted on being moved urgently. We were finally given room 148 where the bathroom has a terrible smell.

To any manager reading this: I invite you to go up to room 148 right now and smell the bathroom for yourself. You will not need a report from me.

Between the two technicians and the hours spent waiting, we lost a significant part of our stay. I asked reception for a midday check-out instead of 11am — a small gesture after everything. The answer was a flat "no, it's impossible, there is nothing we can do."

That response says everything. A genuine five-star hotel is not defined by having no problems; it's defined by how it handles them. Faulty rooms happen. Ignoring a guest who tells you flickering lights are a medical risk does not happen at a five-star property. Refusing one extra hour of check-out after wasting hours of a guest's stay does not happen at a five-star property.

This is not five-star service, and in my opinion this hotel does not deserve its rating.

מלוכלך והמוני
Cons:

החדר היה לא מוכן למרות שקיבלנו את המפתח. זה נראה שהחדרנית פשוט עזבה את נקיון החדר באמצע וסימנה אותו כמוכן. הפח בשירותים היה מפורק ולא היה נייר טואלט במתקן, היו סימני אצבעות באמבטיה ושערות ולכלוך במקלחת. ה''ספא'' היה בריכות סגורות בחדר מחומם ומסריח מכלור והבריכות בחוץ לא היה דשא מסביב אנשים פרסו מגבות על אספלט. המלון עצמו מאוד גדול ורועש. הארוחת בוקר ברמה ממש נמוכה והשולחנות לא מנוקים בין אורח לאורח אלא רק מחליפים אולי את הסכום והמפיות. בין לזה לבין רמת 5 כוכבים יש פער תהומי, מזל שהזמנו רק לילה אחד וברחנו משם אחרי ארוחת הבוקר.
