Spacious, clean rooms and a pleasant family stay
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped, with plenty of toiletries provided. Access to the thermal pools was included, and Kinderland was available for a reasonable additional fee of around 5–6 BAM per child for the whole day.

The staff were friendly and helpful, parking was free, and the buffet breakfast was good for the price. Overall, we had a comfortable stay with no issues and would happily stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing major to complain about. Some items in the hotel shop seemed a bit overpriced, such as a simple tote bag for 15 BAM. The breakfast was good for the price, but it would have been nice to see more traditional Bosnian options, like burek. These were only minor points and didn't affect our overall experience.
