It was very nice to meet them.

they were good friendly people.
The staff were good.

Very bad experience
Pros:

Nothing to like.

Cons:

We booked AC room but we were given non-ac room. On complaint hotel staff mentioned there is no ac room. Their attitudes were very rude. No concern regarding the complaints or appropriate response to our question. In amenities lift was mentioned but the building lift does not work. Location of the hotel is very bad narrow lanes are there, you have to reach to hotel reception desk vis dirty staircase.
