Pros:

The rooms very extremely small and congested. Despite charging money like a five star, the rooms were tiny, even the super deluxe. The bathroom didn’t have toiletries. No soap, or toothpaste

Cons:

The whole experience. I was provided with an upgrade accommodation upon my check in. But the room was small, smelt of cigarettes. The linen was dirty, and had hair strands. The pillow case was dirtier and had hair strands. It was after midnight and had a long flight. Thus, had 0 energy to change my room at middle of the night. I just waited for early morning to escape. I had booking for 2 nights and I just stayed one night. They offered me another room upon giving feedback, but just didn't feel safe and hygienic to stay there any more. I was waiting for morning and just checked out. I asked them whether they can refund my booking for 1 night and they denied as it was done through booking.com. which is weird as other hotels, adjust the price if requested. Anyway, I had to just escape from the weird hotel. It's just felt dodgy place. Specially the cost of the accommodation just does not justify the stay. Specially the photos online are just not right.

Not happy at all with room allocation on ground floor behind lobby
Pros:

Was assigned room right by the reception. Constant noise from the lobby disturbed our stay. It was off season and a weekday yet we didn’t get assigned any of the higher floor rooms hence won’t be going back

Room allocation - they should not be having rooms right by the lobby . They had evening prayers and the sound disturbed our stay.

Comfortable and good.
Pros:

Our initial 'Delux Room' was congested. The bed was attached to a wall. Bed was small for two persons. On the second day we moved to a 'Super Delux Room' which was excellent. Food quality in the hotel is very good. Staff is courteous and very helpful. It's a clean hotel.

Cons:

There is no restaurant in the Hotel. Only room service was available. Although breakfast was included in our room rent, it was served in the room. Choice for the breakfast was limited.
