location is hard to reach.. no direct way to reach beach although the location is near it Parking space only for 3 cars, more cars are parked outside on private property.

Location and helpful Whatsup support

Cons:

no warm water, no kettle, run down room (needs to be re-done/ refurbished ), not cleaned properly, no toilet paper, no kettle.
I had fan but the room was over 40 degrees , I could not open the windown - it was boiling hot.
The place is very over advertised

Pros:

Its close to the beach

Cons:

It's not for value for the money, Noisy atmosphere both day and night. Poor management, even they don't about where we are booked our accommodation, they took us in a another place, then we return to same place, which we first came. I would not recommend to anybody.

Property is clean , green
Location is great
5 mins walking from Varkala Cliff Point

Cons:

Bedsheets are average not good one, causing too much dryness.

Pricing was insanely high for event days.There are absolutely zero room services.

It's a pure hostel stay.
18000 I paid for 2 rooms for 2 days...on an average 4.5K per room. There were absolutely no facilities.

There is always this confusion of AC and non AC rooms, it has to be clearly communicated during booking.

Great staff, clean and comfortable
Pros:

It was near to the cliff but difficult to reach for first time

Cons:

There were power cuts during night time however only for half an hour
Also you need to keep your footwear outside the property but they should also provide slippers for washroom

Aesthetic, Hospitable and Good Value for Money!
Pros:

The property was good value for money and the host was very resourceful and accommodating. The room and facilities were spacious, clean, quiet and user friendly. Aesthetically, the place has a charismatic vibe and is within walking distance to cafes, north cliff and beaches.

Cons:

WiFi connectivity is alright during certain times of the day but sometimes might have trouble if connecting to your laptop. - may be due to network issues but still manageable. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay over here at Native, Varkala.

it is a beautiful property managed by the locals. our stay was good. the staff were polite and the cleanliness was also maintained well. its closer to the beach as well. liked it very much.
