This resort almost ruined my family’s NYE celebration. I was also scammed by not getting a refund.

Nothing. This is a rundown place, it’s nothing close to what is posted in your listing.

Cons:

We did not stay in this resort. When we got to the property, the place isn’t ready to accommodate guests. The place is dirty, there are only 2 staff. The air conditioning unit was out of order and the manager insisted a technician will fix it but it was past 4PM when we got to the property. The sliding door in the balcony won’t close. Their menu is very limited. It’s also very difficult to contact the property. I was also scammed, I sent a cancellation request and per booking.com it’s subject for approval of the property to waive the cancellation fee, but booking.com and this property took all the money and did not give me even a partial refund. This property should take down their listing until they fix all issues.

Pros:

Our stay at Pipa de Playa was fantastic, and Georgie, played a significant role in making the check-in process as convenient and straightforward as possible. Her warm smile greeted us upon arrival, setting a pleasant tone for our stay.

The rest of the Team was incredibly helpful and friendly, enhancing our experience even further. They were always ready to assist us with any inquiries and made sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible.

The property has great potential and is very comfortable. We felt at home throughout our entire stay. The amenities and facilities provided added to the overall experience, making our stay memorable.

We will definitely stay at this property again on our next visit to the Philippines next year. The positive experience has convinced us that this is the best choice for our future stays in the area.

WORST EXPERIENCE IN PIPA DE PLAYA RESORT
Pros:

Only the Beach itself.

Cons:

The staff is not hospitable at all and had the worst welcome for their guests! The room, swimming pool and the establishment itself is dirty, the bed has mites and is itchy, the mugs and other utensils are dirty. The entrance to their hotel is far from the road, yet access for vehicles is not allowed due to property conflict. The access to the beach from their rooms as well is not ideally convenient because you need to go around and all over the reception to their cafe just to get to the shore, the way is very stinky as well due to pooled water and dirt. OVERALL, IT WAS THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE FOR US!

A good place to experience the beach especially for surfing but not adviseable for swimming.
Pros:

The location is good and cozy. I love the wind flowing from the sea.

Cons:

If the pool is properly maintained. When we try to swim, it was like full of substrates that did not yet settled.
