Es war sauber und die Reinigungskräfte freundlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück besser nicht buchen. Jeden Morgen gibt es das gleiche Frühstück und nur ein Getränk dazu, auch wenn das ein Espresso ist. Der Kellner ist wenig bemüht. An einem Tag brachte er mir einen Tee, den ich nicht mochte und als ich um einen anderen bat, war die Reaktion sinngemäß "Pech gehabt". Unten gibt es einen Bäcker und Supermarkt, wo man sich günstig und einfach selbst versorgen kann. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist sehr spartanisch (nirgendwo Haken, keine Nachttischlampen, ein Kleiderbügel...).

Great, clean, spacious room, great location and great value for money!!!
Pros:

The room was great, very spacious including the bathroom and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was in a quiet location but close to the main road so easy access to a super market, shops, bakeries and loads of restaurants. Great location, only about 10-15 walk to Skanderbeg Square. Enian was a great host, he allowed me to check in early which is always nice.

Cons:

This is not a criticism but merely a suggestion. A few hooks would have been good in the bathroom to hang towels and to have some more coat hangers for clothes.

Not worth it
Pros:

Poloha byla ideální - blízko centra, u zastávky, v okolí restaurace, možnost nakoupit jídlo

Cons:

V "hotelu" chyběla recepce, nikde nebylo avizováno, že má jít o self check in. Informace k ubytování jsme dostaly až poté, co jsme kontaktovali ubytovatele po příjezdu kolem 10-11 večer. Místo také nebylo jednoduché najít.

V "hotelovém" pokoji chyběla spousta věcí, které tam měly být - trezor, toaletní potřeby, rychlovarná konvice, ovladač k televizi, župan. Byla tam pouze jedna velká a teplá deka a jedna plachta (pokoj pro 2 osoby). Také tam ve "skříni" bylo pouze jedno ramínko a žádné poličky. Lednice nechladila. V koupelně byly cizí chlupy/vlasy a pokoj byl obecně celkem zaprášený.

Potom co jsme kontaktovali ubytovatele, že bychom rády ještě jedno prostěradlo, tak ho paní uklízečka přinesla poměrně rychle i takto v noci. Problém byl však v tom, že prostěradlo smrdělo kouřem od cigaret.

Informace o snídaních jsme opět dostali až po zeptání. Z našeho pohledu nebyla porce vůči ceně adekvátní. Na výběr jsme měly pouze jednu z těchto možností: omeletu, croissant a toast + nápoj. Omeleta byla dobrá i sytá, ovšem zbylé dvě možnosti ceně neodpovídaly.

Problém byl i v komunikaci s pánem ubytovatelem kvůli placení. Večer dopředu jsme se dohodli, že v 9 ráno následující den přijde s terminálem. V půl 10 jsme na chodbě musely odchytit paní uklizečku, protože pán nepřišel, nereagoval na zprávy ani telefon. Krom toho jsem celou konverzaci musela iniciovat sama.

Vraiment tres bien place pour visiter Tirana a pied. parking payant mais pas excessif. petit déjeuner en face tres bien. tout est bien c est neuf

Stanza molto spaziosa.

Cons:

La mancanza di servizio di reception che per me è fondamentale. Ho chiesto per messaggio la carta igienica e nessuno mi ha risposto. Sulla coperta e al bagno ho trovato molti capelli di altre persone. All' arrivo siamo stati molto fortunati ad incontrare del personale in struttura, altrimenti sarebbe stato secondo me molto difficile, anche perché avevo chiesto se potevo lasciare le valigie prima in struttura e mezza era stato risposto di si. Magari è solo una mia concezione ma il servizio di reception magari deve essere assicurato almeno in certi orari. Inoltre nel condominio è mancata la corrente per lavori fortunatamente solo per alcuni minuti, ma se il problema si fosse prolungato non so cosa avremmo fatto visto che eravamo anche senza wifi
