Wouldn’t come back

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

Bad instructions, I had to ask about everything myself, the code screen at the main door doesn’t work, another guest had to open the door for us from the inside. The keycard to the door stopped working after the first time. WiFi code was not given, I had to ask for it. The shower drain was also clogged - it was a swimming pool after 5 minutes shower. Breakfast was served at a cafe across the street which by the way also wasn’t clear and I had to ask for it. It was a choice of fried eggs, omelet or scramble eggs with 2 days old bread that cracks your teeth and some vegetables - the only drink available is coffee, even water wasn’t. We order (extra from the menu) 2 orange juice and the waiter wanted to scam us for 7000LEK ( ca70€) - when confronted he says that that’s how the “new Albanian” money is. “Breakfast included” is an absolute scam and you should offer some better choices for your guests. The whole experience with this “hotel” is absolutely not with the 70€.

Es handelt sich nicht um ein Hotel, sondern um Zimmer in einem Wohngebäude. Diese Information ist so nicht ersichtlich.
Bei unserem Zimmer hat es sich um ein Raucherzimmer gehandelt, was auch nicht ersichtlich war. Als Nichtraucher in einem verrauchten Bett zu schlafen ist eine Zumutung.
Die Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage war auch nicht so einfach zu nutzen. Der Parkhauswächter wollte uns nur mit Quittung unseres Hotels einfahren lassen. Die konnten wir natürlich nicht vorlegen. Wir konnten dann in einem angrenzenden (tatsächlichen) Hotel einen Parkplatz für 10 Euro pro Tag kaufen.
Das angegebene enthaltene Frühstück gab es auch nicht. Die Dame, die kam um uns abzukassieren, konnte mit Breakfast nichts anfangen. Es gab auch keinen Hinweis o.ä.
Insgesamt war das Zimmer ohne Frühstück und Parkplatz viel zu teuer.
Wenn es nicht schon so spät bei unserer Ankunft gewesen wäre, hätten wir dort nicht übernachtet.

Would stay again
Pros:

Rooms were clean, tidy, and uncluttered! Bed was very comfy! Even though I think there is no reception (from what I’ve noticed), service via text/whatsapp is reliable and fast! Will absolutely stay here again!!!! There is also a bakery just down stairs and everytime you walk in and out of the building it smells very good!

Cons:

No reception or service desk … BUT… like I mentioned earlier, the responses to my questions and concerns through text were very fast and helpful!

Cons:

The location is not that good and the neighborhood is not welcoming
No one welcome you or gives you details and the only thing was texting me about the payment.
