Staff were great at accommodating all our needs and really enjoyed the little touch with the turn down service. They were really good with accommodating my lack of Chinese speaking ability.

Wonderful hotel, room was large and had great views. In the new modern part of Suzhou. The staff was very helpful especially Gavin the concierge. He way out of his way to help us navigate Suzhou. Also has plenty of restaurants near by. I have to call out the beauty of this part of town,

Room was next to lifts and they constantly woke me up...the staff in the coffee area werent attentive, and one manager in that section was in the toilets whilst I was and he didnt wash his hands
Modern hotel with good facilities - staff are very young and inexperienced but they smile and try very hard so am not going to criticize
We had a little issue booking a private car for a visit to Tongli - it was finally resolved amicably by the hotel
