Food is good but limited and the accommodation is overpriced
Pros:

Good breakfast but slow service.
Good security
Great pool but lacked towels and umbrellas
Able to stay around the hotel after checkout as we had a late flight

Cons:

Poor internet.
Limited evening menu if staying more than a couple of days.
No view from rooms.
Not enough towels or umbrellas at the pool

Beautiful winery, hotel with very friendly and professional staff.
Pros:

Poll area, VELD restaurant, rooftop bar, SPA, the gardens en possibilty to make nice walk around the property

Cons:

Fireplace in the room under maintenance, so not working.

Pros:

Exceeded all expectations
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and serene resort outside Stellenbosch. Elegantly refurbished, superb service and outstanding quality in all aspects. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The only negative comment is that we only stayed for one night!

Beautiful setting and rooms but lacks luxury service
Pros:

Beautiful setting, spacious and comfortable rooms. The Veld restaurant was delicious and the team on the whole were very friendly.

Cons:

All 4 adults got food poisoning from the Vadas restaurant. The hotel was quick to make it clear that it isn’t owned by them although it’s advertised as one of their restaurants. Told it was being investigated and we Wiseman would be in contact but no further action.

For a family friendly hotel they have very basic amenities. You are provided a cot of which the mattress sits on the floor. Every other hotel we stayed in provided a helpful range of amenities for children such as an anti slip bath mat.

Breakfast service took up to 45 mins and even basic like toast you have to ask for. Orders were forgotten about and staff didn’t seem to care.
