No outside space despite being in an expensive suite. Didn’t really feel we were on a vineyard just a luxury ressort which to be fair was nice.

Amazing hotel and facilities. Everything is beautiful, the staff is incredible, the food is delicious (we loved the breakfast)! And it’s super child friendly. We had the absolute best stay!

Our stay at Spier Hotel in Stellenbosch was nothing short of exceptional and exceeded every expectation.
The property itself is absolutely stunning—vast, beautifully designed, and so expansive that you can easily run over 20 kilometers without ever leaving the grounds. It feels like a private paradise. The botanical gardens are impeccably maintained, with lush, deep‑green English lawns, breathtaking landscaping, and a gorgeous pool area complemented by incredibly comfortable sun loungers.
A truly rare and delightful surprise was the fully complimentary minibar, stocked with high-quality beverages and snacks—something you hardly ever encounter at this level and a sign of true hospitality.
The rooms are spacious, immaculate, and beautifully designed. Everything about the layout, materials, and ambiance felt so perfect that we honestly said we would build our own home exactly like this. In the evenings, the beds were thoughtfully turned down, adding a wonderful touch of luxury.
What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the exceptional staff. Every single team member was warm, attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect.
We have absolutely nothing to criticize—this hotel does everything right.
We would return immediately and wholeheartedly recommend Spier Hotel to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay in the Stellenbosch region.
Wir waren hier leider nur für eine Nacht zum Abschluss unserer Reise (die Farm liegt sehr günstig nur 25 Minuten vom Flughafen Cape Town entfernt) und haben es schon im Moment der Ankunft bereut, hier nicht ein paar Tage länger eingeplant zu haben. Was für ein toller Ort! Wunderschön eingerichtete und grosszügige Zimmer, aussergewöhnlicher Service in jeder Hinsicht, schöne Rooftop Bar, grossartiges Restaurant, viel Kunst in den Gärten und an den Wänden - Spier Wine Farm war wirklich ein absolutes Highlight. Nächstes Mal bleiben wir definitiv länger.

Großes, schönes Gelände mit super Pool und netten Personal.
Sehr hellhörige Zimmer, Betten knatschen bei jeder Bewegung, Restaurant ist teuer und hat nur sehr wenig Auswahl. Es können große Gruppen kommen mit dementsprechender Lautstärke.
