La casa e la camera spettacolari, l'accoglienza e l'attenzione ai dettagli dei proprietari grandiosa, la colazione spettacolare. Si è immersi nella tranquillità del parco locale. Posizione eccezionale se dotati di auto, con molti parcheggi nei paraggi.

Mi chiamo Giovanni, sono un Carabiniere, ho avuto la fortuna di soggiornare in questo B&B a Roma e non potevo fare scelta migliore. La stanza era curatissima, accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort, ma ciò che ha reso davvero speciale questa esperienza sono stati i proprietari, Fabio e Mariangela, persone straordinarie, gentili e disponibili, che non solo mi hanno accolto con grande calore, ma mi hanno messo a disposizione non solo la stanza, bensì anche la loro casa il loro giardino e la loro presenza, facendomi sentire davvero come se fossi a casa mia.

È raro trovare un’ospitalità così sincera, attenta e amichevole: ogni dettaglio trasmetteva cura, attenzione e rispetto per l’ospite. Grazie a loro, il mio soggiorno a Roma non è stato soltanto un pernottamento, ma una bellissima esperienza umana.
Ho viaggiato spesso ma un’esperienza simile non l’avevo mai vissuta, sinceramente all’arrivo sono rimasto sorpreso per l’accoglienza e il coinvolgimento e non nascondo che successivamente i titolari Fabio e Mariangela mi hanno fatto emozionare. E’ veramente bello sapere che nei tempi in cui viviamo ci sono ancora persone così sensibili, umili e genuine in una sola parola “persone speciali”.

Consiglio vivamente questo B&B a chiunque desideri non solo visitare la città, ma anche vivere un’accoglienza autentica e speciale.

Colazione abbondante e ricca, praticamente ..fantastica, appartamento in una zona tranquilla e molto importante con collegamenti per il centro adeguati.

A place that smells like home but holds the charm of a secret refuge in the heart of Rome. Every detail speaks of elegance, warmth, and a deep love for hospitality. The soft lights, the harmonious spaces, and the precious silence of the night create an atmosphere that nourishes the soul. Here, time seems to slow down, leaving room only for beauty, peace, and the small moments of happiness. Fabio and Mariangela were like a gentle guardians of this enchanted corner, always present, yet never intrusive.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The attention to detail was exceptional, and the family who hosted us was incredibly kind and caring – all three of them were truly lovely people.

The inner garden was like something out of a fairytale – peaceful, beautifully arranged, and the perfect place to relax in the evenings. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts there every morning, served with great care and always with coffee at the exact time we requested.

Everything felt idyllic, including the adorable dog and the sweet cat who kept us company.

The room we rented is part of an apartment located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We felt comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay.

Highly recommended – we would love to return!

The hosts are incredibly kind and attentive. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is wonderful. The breakfasts were very delicious. Everything was perfect! If we go to Rome again, we will definitely stay here. :)

The hosts (Mariangela, Fabio and Trilly) were so kind and we loved the breakfast. The room also was very comfortable, clear and cozy. Definitely worth staying here🤗 When we’ll return to Rome we’ll know where to stay.

Everything was amazing! Very nice owners, cozy room with amazing design. Super delicious breakfast (homemade pie and pancakes were great) on the back patio. Very nice and cozy backyard. And furry pets, especially the dog, just stole my heart. this was the most wonderful stopping place ever ❤❤❤❤❤❤

I traveled there for work. Fabio and Mariangela were very kind and super helpful. They even offered me transportation from the property to my work on the first day since I was new to the city. I loved the idea of having breakfast in the garden. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was well organized and tidy. The bedroom had an air-conditioner and the interior decoration was amazing. I am glad that I stayed there and would love to visit again.

Fabio and Mariangela really made us feel special. The breakfast was home-made and absolutely delicious, I wish I could eat more! The bed was so comfy and the bathroom was amaizing, like a piece of art!
