Great stylised hotel but lacking amenities

Calm, delightful, and truly a wonderful hotel.
Pros:

It was truly a delight. All the staff were kind and courteous and the bed was comfortable with lovely pillows. The grounds were so nice and it was quiet and comfortable. I loved the pool. It was just serene and the cool you needed after a day of walking around the sites.

Cons:

Nothing really. But, I will say that dinner wasn't our favorite, and the laundry was extremely expensive so we didn't use it. But honestly, I felt like a queen at this hotel. So beautiful and comfortable.

Nice Hotel with great staff
Pros:

Large hotel close to the station and the river - short taxi ride into the centre of town which was easy to sort (Grab) and cheap.
Nice room with huge bed. We found the bed a bit too firm but housekeeping fixed that very quickly providing a nice mattress topper.
Staff were superb and couldn’t do enough to please.
Food in the restaurant was good - restaurant is large and was very quiet when we were there so lacked atmosphere
Nice pool - the water temperature was perfect

Cons:

Lack of sun beds around the pool given the size of the hotel was frustrating- almost impossible to get a bed after 3pm
Close to the train station so the occasional train hooting early in the morning might be a problem for light sleepers

A comfortable and welcoming hotel in an ideal locatoon.
Pros:

A welcoming grand hotel with very comfortable rooms and welcoming staff. The restaurant was excellent with both a local and western option. We enjoyed the pool area at the end of a busy day sightseeing. Excellent facilities.

This is a one of the best.
Pros:

Wow, wow, wow, we liked everything! Great location near railroad station. Close to the Perfume River. An awesome facility. You will not be disappointed. The breakfast is over the top too.

Unique hotel
Pros:

A truly unique hotel with impressive architecture and beautiful artwork throughout the lobby areas – from the moment you arrive, you feel as if you are a guest in an elegant mansion.
The spa complex is excellent and fully lives up to expectations for relaxation and comfort – we thoroughly enjoyed using it. The dinners at the hotel restaurant were delicious and very well presented.
We also used the hotel’s organized transfer from Hoi An and to Hue Airport – the service was flawless, punctual, and highly professional.
The hotel offers plenty of space for relaxation, with a beautiful garden and inviting open areas on the ground level that create a wonderful sense of tranquility.
The staff is experienced, attentive, and performs their duties perfectly – sincere thanks for the outstanding service and care.
