Un magnifique séjour en famille, confortable et soigné, au bord de la rivière des Parfums.
Pros:

Magnifique hôtel près des rives de la rivière des Parfums. Tout est soigné, propre et spacieux. Les lits sont très confortables, la piscine agréable et spacieuse, et l’espace enfants a été très apprécié. Le restaurant est également très soigné, avec un personnel aux petits soins et attentif aux demandes spécifiques.

A luxurious feel but a little removed from the action
Pros:

Our room was spacious, well maintained, clean and very comfortable. The grounds and pool were very visually appealing and the staff were always polite and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is close to the perfume river and Hue rain station, but there are not many restaurants or shops around.

Superbe hotel, le seul bémol est l'insonorisation des chambres. J'étais dans la chambre 3510, la première nuit s'est passée normalement mais le lendemain, le vendredi, j’ai entendu les personnes de la chambre voisine parler et rire jusqu'à plus de minuit comme s'ils étaient dans ma chambre et le lendemain cela a repris des 5h / 5h15... Autant dire que ma nuit n’a pas été tres reposante. Je l’ai signaler lors du check out, ils se sont excuser mais je n’ai pas eu d’autres retours de leur part et je trouve ça regrettable.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff but minor issues regarding value/comfort
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with an amazing pool area. Rooms are luxurious and just as they are on photos. Communal areas are lovely and staff were really accommodating.

Cons:

We ate at the restaurant one night and by the pool the next day, both meals/drinks were expensive and taxed quite heavily on top. Booked a room for 3 people but the extra bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.
