Wonderful time for our short stay
Pros:

The hotel was perfectly located with great facilities, the gym was ideal, the views from the 10th floor were breathtaking, the room was beautifully designed and decorated and the rooftop pool was wonderful to have. Special mention to Sophie at reception, who was wonderful at organising our activities, arranging the airport shuttle, and even coordinating an early breakfast to make our stay seamless.

Cons:

Overall, the hotel was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. There were a few maintenance areas that, if improved, would make the experience even better, such as some upkeep needed around the pool area and minor issues noticed on arrival at the reception (water dripping from the ceiling). The bathroom water also had a slight odour at times in our room. These felt like small details, and other than that, the hotel has the potential to be excellent.

Ich hatte meine Ruhe und konnte ein paar Tage entspannen bevor ich wieder los fliegen musste. Es wurde mir auch spontan geholfen für einen Flughafentransfer.

Good location close walking distance to everything
Pros:

The pool had loose tiles scattered in it so didn’t go in also the bathroom blind was all ripped and broken

Phục vụ đón tiếp kém, hệ thống điều hòa k mát, hệ thống điện kém k đuợc bảo trì. Tổi đã phải đổi phòng vì sợ cháy. Qua phòng khác ổn hơn nhưng ổ cắm sạc điện thoại chập chờn.

Very nice stay the room was good it was just the extra facilities that I was disappointed in.
Pros:

Nice bright rooms and very spacious

Cons:

Thought there would be a nice pool but it was very run down, we’re also thinking we could get 50% off food and drink at the bar but was told on arrival it wasn’t available, rather than prior to.

The property itself it quite nice and spacious, location is also pretty good as it’s not in a very busy area so it’s pretty quiet.

Cons:

Staff wasn’t helpful or welcoming at all. No one ever smiled once.
After check in we go in our room which was nice but only had 2 plugs for the whole room, and being a triple room was extremely uncomfortable.
Both beddings were stained, one had a red stain that looked like blood and the other an orange stain. They only provided us with 1 toilet roll for 2 days for 3 people and we had to ask for an extra one.
The next day once the cleaners did tidy up the room only replaced 2 of the 3 towels and left one dirty one, and the moment I reported it they said it was my fault as they only found 2 towels in the room, so I had to give the dirty towel to the cleaner to show that there we’re actually 3 and they just didn’t see it probably.
The phone in the room wasn’t working at all and the bathtub didn’t have a shower curtain so it was a mess every time we would shower as water went everywhere.
The worst part was that at the moment of the check out we asked if we could leave our suitcases at the reception and the stuff seemed annoyed about it and asked how long we were planning to keep them there.
As we are about to go the receptionist informed us that we had a fine to pay because one towel was makeup stained. No one ever informed us of this rule at the moment of check in and quite frankly it was quite shocking having to pay for it as the cleaning fees are already included in the price you pay. Receptionist was quite rude about it, I told them of all the issues we had including the stained bedding so we were even for the stained towel but she replied we didn’t report it so it’s on us. Extremely rude.

Value for money. The location is okay, near to Korean Restaurants & Spa.
Pros:

Not really beachfront, have to walk 700 meters to the beach. Quincy the receptionist was very helpful. Value for money.

Cons:

can improve on cleanliness. the facilities needs upgrading/refurbishment.
