Det var meget billigt ophold, så vi fik meget for pengene. Sophie i receptionen var hjælpsom ift bestilling af udflugter
Pros:

Værelset var fint, dog kun udsigt til mur.

Cons:

Morgenbuffet havde fint udvalg- men kold kaffe og varm juice, og de havde svært ved at forstå det ikke var ok. Svimmingpoolen var i dårlig stand. Under bookningen står det ligger ved stranden, det er ikke korrekt, ca 15 min gang.

Cons:

Nhân viên lễ tân chỉ có 1 người nên có lẽ công việc hơi áp lực với họ. Nên khách sẽ có cảm giác họ không được niềm nở thân thiện lắm.
Bữa sáng ăn buffet nhưng các món chưa được ngon.

Cons:

Leider hält das Hotel den ersten Eindruck nicht. Damen an der Rezeption machten sich lieber klein und spielten mit Handy oder schauten krampfhaft auf den Computer. Nur nicht angesprochen werden. Der Spa im 2. Stock war ein Bordell. Der Swimmingpool aufgrund der massiv sich lösenden Mosaikfliesen und der nicht vorhandenen Liegefläche nicht zu benutzen. Beim Frühstück völlig unmotoviertes Personal, liebloses Zubereitung nach dem Motto nehmt und esst. Für ein bis zwei Tage ok, mehr nicht.

Gut eingerichtet. Gemütliches Bett. 10 min Fußweg zum Strand.

Cons:

Personal sehr schwer von Begriff. Spricht gar kein Englisch. Selbst mit übersetzer schwierig sich zu verständigen.

フロントからのカードキーのルームはハウスキーピングして無くて散らかり汚くて気分悪くなったことが最大、すぐにフロンに戻って部屋を取り替えてもらえたが一切謝罪無し、夫が写メを見せて全員で見ても誰一人申し訳ないが無かった、私も汚い部屋初めての経験でホテルとして大丈夫か疑いました、荷物も自分で持って行ってまたフロントまで荷物持って降りてまた持って上がって、オーガナイズが無いからガッカリでした。元々のチェックインでも笑顔なしの対応で横柄でした事付け加えます。

Heerlijk verblijf!
Pros:

Kamers waren ruim, schoon en rook lekker. Bedden lagen heerlijk zacht en de beste douche tot nu toe in Vietnam! Wifi was ook erg goed. Personeel was aardig en behulpzaam en ons wasgoed rook lekker en was schoon nadat ze het hadden gewassen. Bij het ontbijt veel keuze uit voornamelijk lokaal eten, maar je kon ook brood roosteren en een eitje laten klaar maken. Dus nadat we wat slechte recensies hadden gelezen, viel dat allemaal reuze mee en hebben we een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Zeker een aanrader!

Cons:

Locatie zelf valt weinig te doen. Niet echt een leuke gezellige straat, maar het is maar 20 minuten lopen naar de drakenbrug en 20 minuten lopen van het strand vandaan. Dus dat valt wel mee.
