Convenient and nice mini-apartment for a stay in Tokyo
Pros:

Comfy and convenient apartment for a stay in Tokyo. It is not very big but there is everything you need (table and chairs, bed, toilet, shower, washing machine, kitchenware, etc.).

The host was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Good communication.

Overall good location (20min from Ikebukuro station and 10minute from Yamanote Line) with a few convenient stores around.

Cons:

Pros:

The AC, nice queen size bed

Cons:

Not enough space to walk in. No hot water when showering. Towels were shedding, leaving white fluff everywhere.

Pros:

Het was een ruim appartement, met een was/droger machine. Ook was er veel kastruimte, groot genoeg om onze koffers weg te stoppen. Er is geen lift, maar daarvan werden we van tevoren op de hoogte gebracht, gelukkig geen verrassing.
Er zijn twee treinstations in de buurt, en het centrum van Ikebukoro is slechts 20 minuten lopen. Er zijn meerdere supermarkten in de buurt, wat ook erg prettig is.

Cons:

het was erg warm, want de airco deed het niet heel goed. Ook doet de droogfunctie van de wasmachine het niet goed, en er is geen plek om de natte was op te hangen.

Very good but cold stay!
Pros:

Lots of equipment to cook, clean the laundry, refrigerator, etc, plus the host was really helpful and responded fast! 15min walk from the station too

Cons:

We went there during the winter and it was just as cold inside as outside :/ under the sheets it was warm but as soon as we got out of the bed it was freezing even tho we put the temperature to the max we could

Excellent stay , would reccomend
Pros:

Very friendly owner doing everything he can to help & accomodate you. Great appartment for the price you pay, looks smaller in the pictures then in reality.

Cons:

Nothing at all! The only mini downside is the location , but you are 10 minutes walk from kannemacho station and 15 from the big ikebekuro station so it really isnt a problem.

Superb
Pros:

Brand new apartment with washing machine, full bathroom, small kitchen, desk, microwave, fridge and small desk. Plenty of storage room for clothes. 10 minutes walk from the closest station, 1 minute walk from a 7/11 and 20 minutes walk from Ikebukuro! Very well located.

Excellent little apartment
Pros:

Location is great, facilities are good, very clean looked like everything was new, washing machine in the room, 2 laundromats nearby for dryers, 20 minute walk to Ikebukuro for shops and trains.
It is on the 5th floor and its stairs only (clearly stated) which honestly wasn't an issue (we had 1x 5kg bag each)

Cons:

No hooks/rack for hanging wet towels. Can use shower rail to hang 1x towel. (there is a cupboard + rail + plenty hangers to hang clothes)
