En general el lugar tiene todo lo necesario para tener una buena estadía, destaco la atención Mirna que con su lindo trato y amabilidad nos hizo sentir como en casa.
Not used to staying at a "hotel" with no staff and no service of any kind. This for me would be the last choice. Pricey for what they offer. Would not stay at a place like this if I can help it!
It was quiet and the shower was hot
The room was not clean. There are no staff at the property and the entry instructions were convoluted- the entry/ hall lights didn’t always work and we had to fumble round in the dark to find the switches. In general although the house was nice, it felt a bit soulless and unwelcoming. with some small improvements for instance bedside lamps and a fan in every room it could be better.

El área muy conveniente, la casa bonita pero no tiene TV’s en ninguna área, definitivamente deberían cambiar los colchones.
Nothing .. false advertising. They advertise private bathroom and it's shared so we didn't stay but they charged us anyway!

Short walks to the cathedral and central old town. A little noisy during high commute, about 1/2 hour per day. Excellent budget option; self checkin went well for me, but the locked outer courtyard door has potential for hang up day of check in. Staff friendly.
Its very inconvenient having the restroom outside the room, and sharing with others with out cleaning. Their is no room for parking the vehicle. No TV in the room No mirror in the room. The same towels for the 5 days. Washer and dryer we had to pay extra to used. The room hade a leak. They never answered the phone… My review is not a critique its for Casa Quetzalli offers better service in the future…
