Pros:

hotel limpo e muito bem organizado, toda infraestrutura do hotel novo, atendimento muito prestativo apesar de ter problema com o meu chekin ocorreu da melhor forma e o SR da recepçao sempre muito atencioso e prestativo

não tenho do que reclamar, erro do checkin foi por parte da Booking, hotel nas possibilidades fez tudo ao alcance

A acomodação é espaçosa, banheiro bem equipado.

Cons:

Cadeira estava suja e com pó, tive que deixar o quarto arejado por um tempo devido a minha rinite.
Ao realizar a reserva dá a entender que o café da manhã é incluso, mas não é.
