Pros:

The property requested us not to come to the hotel due to extremely heavy snowfall and unsafe road conditions. The hotel staff themselves advised that traveling to the property was risky because the roads leading to the hotel are uphill and can become dangerous during bad weather.

Despite this, the hotel did not consider the situation and charged us the full amount, marking it as a no-show / cancellation. We lost 100% of the payment, even though we followed their own safety advice. This felt very unfair and disappointing.

Future guests should be cautious when booking this property, especially during winter or unstable weather conditions, as the location can become difficult and risky to access.

Pros:

It’s very clean and cozy, I loved the wooden panels in the house and the view was incredible. The people who work there are very kind and welcoming. Beautiful location with a river nearby.
I highly recommend staying at this place.

Good location but the hotel required a renovation
Pros:

Location is good during winter.
Breakfast is available and it's good.
The view from the restaurant is amazing, and the food is good.

Cons:

The road to the hotel was difficult to drive with small cars.
Hotel rooms and toilets should require renovation.
The kettle was rusted, the toilet door was not closing, and during the summer, the AC was required in the bedroom, but actually available only in the common room.

Pros:

The location is remote but still it was worth it, scenes were incredible, food and breakfast were amazing.

Cons:

The bathroom could be cleaner and hand shower was leaking and the seat size was small.
