Pros:

The workers was helpful.The room large and hot.Also breakfast was good .

Cons:

In bathroom of the room number 119 water system was poor.The shower part needs repair ,water going slowly.

Quite a cultural discovery.
Pros:

Our room had a bit of a view over a military airfield and we were lucky to see some airplanes in training.

Cons:

The hotel is very basic. Also, there was some party going on till 1 am and if one wanted to sleep that would not be possible. (Or you could join the dancing.)

Pros:

the location is good, nice restaurant in the courtyard, no noise from restaurant in the room, which is the most important thing, clean hotel, nice rooms. Exsellent food.

Cons:

the beds are quite uncomfortable, I felt every spring on my back

Pros:

Breakfast - tasty products (especially tea, cheese and eggs!).

Staff - very helpful and accommodating. All, including reception staff/ cleaning staff and waiters at a restaurant.

Cons:

Mattress - a bit too warned out. One can feel the iron lining when lying down.

Meals - lack of vegetarian options (everything is almost exclusively with meat/fish products except from salads).

Noise - very close to the main road and one can hear restaurant music from the garden (but all gets relatively quieter after midnight).

Terrible experience
Pros:

The whole hotel was dirty and with a very unpleasant smell. I have nothing good to say about this hotel.

Cons:

The walls were dirty and unkempt in general. The door room was broken, the bathroom had no toilet paper and with stains everywhere. The chair was broken and stained. There was hair on the sheets and the pillow smelled bad.

We had no choice but to stay there but it felt unsafe.

The restaurant service was lousy and nobody spoke English.


The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

More of a roadside restaurant than a hotel
Pros:

Clean enough, but you can see traces of ongoing building renovation everywhere.

Cons:

Everything that happens on the street is heard as if 1 meter away, because of thin windows.The pool (the only fun for children in such place) is not included in this price, although it is listed in the facilities, it costs an additional 100 GEL per hour. Upon check-in, we were not given any information at all, since the employee does not speak either English or Russian (declared on booking).
