Excelente opção!!!
Pros:

Optamos por este hotel por diversas razões (considerando que nossa estadia era relativamente longa, 9 noites)

- localização (próximo a diversos pontos que pretendíamos visitar, e de fácil acesso ao metrô)
- tamanho do quarto (muito bom para o padrão NYC)
- um dos poucos hoteis em NYC que oferecem 2 camas queen size
- possui micro-ondas e cafeteira, além do frigobar

E realmente, a estadia foi excelente. Além dos pontos acima, destacamos:

- funcionários extremamente cordiais e atenciosos
- limpeza impecável
- camas confortáveis
- Internet muito boa
- receberam encomendas sem custos (me parece que até o limite de 5)
- guardaram nossas malas durante o dia que chegamos (até a hora do check-in, o que nos permitiu dar uma volta)
- da mesma forma, guardaram nossas malas após o check-out, pois o vôo de retorno ao Brasil seria apenas à noite

Em resumo, nos hospedaríamos novamente no San Carlos, com absoluta certeza!

Ah, e de bônus, como haviamos avisado que era aniversário de nosso filho, ainda deixaram um "mimo" no quarto!

Enfim, o hotel é excelente!!

Cons:

O único detalhe negativo do hotel é que as paredes são um pouco "finas", o que atrapalharia quem tem sono leve (caso os hóspedes do quarto ao lado sejam barulhentos).

Inclusive, na primeira noite fomos "ouvintes" de uma relação sexual de nossos vizinhos de quarto... 🤣🤣

Excelente experiencia con la familia
Pros:

La atención del personal fue excelente, siempre muy amables, dispuestos y atentos. Ademas, el servicio de limpieza también fue muy bueno y la habitación era grande y el baño tambien.

Cons:

La kitchnet podria tener una tostadora, nos hubiera venido bien pero nada crítico.

בסה״כ מלון טוב. ניו יורק אין מה להשקיע על מלון..רוב היום בחוץ.
Pros:

רוב הצוות היה ממש שירותי והתאמצו תמיד לעזור לי ולייעץ לי.
המיקום סבבה לגמרי ליד רכבת תחתית יש סטארבקס ליד וגם כמה מסעדות טובות למטה ורבע שעה הליכה מטיימס סקוור ו מהשדרה החמישית. בין המלונות הבודדים שיש חדרים מרווחים מאוד.

לא הייתה התגמשות בשעת הצ׳ק אין ובשעת הצ׳ק אאוט.

Pros:

Everything was wonderful from the moment we walked into the lobby until we left. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was perfect, and the rooms were clean and wonderful. We had two adjoining rooms that made it into a huge suite with a sitting room. We loved it!
