we left early and they did not offer a refund
Cons:

The room was exceptionally dirty and the staff not helpful at all. We booked a airport transfer and it never arrived, and there was no sorry at all from the reception.

Value for money stay, considering also a full breakfast provided. Will stay again!

Location was very central for the price paid per night; room size was decent, bed was comfortable; staff were very friendly and helpful.

The house is beautiful, but soulless.

Located in the city center. Very convenient. A beautiful wooden house with a large balcony.

Cons:

I booked a room for $180 for two nights on Christmas. The room had a very strong smell of silicone glue, there were cigarette butts in the room, toilet was not clean, no room service and we never received a smile from the staff. Furthermore, the laundry service was terrible. After two days, the clothes were still not dry, and there were still many stains because they hung them out to dry in the garden. Hopefully, it was just a Christmas disaster that day, and hopefully the service will improve in the future.

Struttura semplice ma molto meglio di tanti altri hotel in LP. Camere luminose e pulite. Personale molto gentile. Disponibe anche di piccolo parcheggio per moto e motorini. Posizione super centrale ma fuori dal rumore.

Good location. Hot breakfast. Room size. Nice old house.

Cons:

Amenities. We booked 2 rooms. One room had 2 safety deposit boxes, the other didn't. One room had a hair dryer, the other didn't. There was no soap dish in the shower, no where to put your soap, shampoo, etc. The sink cabinet doors were filthy with water stain and dust.
