Disgusting place

Nothing disgusting place never seen that before in my whole life suppose to be 4 stars .I don't understand how booking com can propose such a horrible place
like.that.its not a hotel ....pictures are not the sane,booking .com put false advertisements I can say trust me am a tour leader and I have been in big trouble with 21 people in the middle of the night to find another hotel.
