Pros:

Exatamente como no anúncio. Tudo bem limpo, cama confortável, pratos e talheres para comer e tb com canais a cabo e opções de acessar streaming. Banheiro muito bom também. Auto checkin e checkout, o que dá bastante flexibilidade para chegar e sair. Comunicação com o anfitrião também foi ótima.

Pros:

Flat bem organizado e espaçoso. Roupa de cama e banho bem limpas. Há uma chaleira elétrica e um jogo de jantar.
Amenidades e frigobar disponíveis.

Cons:

Nada com o flat em si, mas a cafeteria do prédio tem atendimento meio confuso.

La ubicación está excelente para quienes van a eventos en Riocentro, pero lejos de lugares turísticos. La cama es muy cómoda, buenas sábanas y almohadas. El espacio está bien distribuido, el balcón tiene vista a la montaña. Hay agua caliente. El señor fue muy amable, nos dejó ingresar antes de la hora sin cobro adicional. Dejé un abrigo en el closet y me lo hizo llegar. 100% recomendado.

Cons:

Aunque el apartamento quedaba en el piso 9, se escuchaba un poco el ruido de los autos. Tuvimos problemas con el Internet, pero luego fue solucionado. Recomendaciones: Colocar un jabón de baño más grande o más cantidad. Suministrar mejor la tienda de P.B., tiene pocos artículos, sería bueno que vendieran medicamentos para resfriados y frutras. El restaurante podría vende sandwiches de pollo.

Pros:

Appartement en résidence sécurisée propre avec balcon.

Cons:

Un peu loin de tout, obligatoirement une voiture ou Uber pour se déplacer. Quand on a une voiture, ce qui est insupportable, c’est le portier. Même si le propriétaire a pris la peine de donner nos noms, prénom, plaque d’immatriculation, à chaque fois, cela a pris de très très longues minutes avant que nous laisse entrer sur le parking.
