Pros:

Хорошее расположение, я бы даже сказала идеальное, номера довольно просторные, очень неплохие завтраки.

Cons:

Очень старый отель. Он явно устал. Последний раз тут ремонт был в 2017 году. Поэтому ощущение пребывания на остатках былой роскоши.

Fabulous stay
Pros:

Staff were very friendly. The security guard Trand was amazing help us to get direcciones and was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent as well

Beautiful, Stylish Hotel with Exceptional Service
Pros:

It’s a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and an amazing breakfast. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Tank for helping us find our way and translating everything for us—this made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable.

Cons:

The rooms could benefit from some renovation, and it would be helpful to have more English-speaking staff available.

Nice hotel in an excellent location, it's a shame about the constant cigarette smoke.
Pros:

The location - right next to the metro station and the Xi'an Wall.
There was good variety at the breakfast.
The room was quiet. Most of the rooms face into the large central atrium, with noise from the lobby below. A small number of rooms (in the corners of the hotel) are off the central atrium - they are more quiet.
The staff always tried their best to be helpful, even though there was a language barrier.

Cons:

Smoking! People smoke in the lobby. People smoke in lifts. People smoke while waiting for lifts. People smoke right outside the gym. People smoke in the rooms. There was always a smell of cigarette smoke. I don't understand why the Chinese government and hotels can't get serious about fixing this.

Excellent hotel and staff in very good position
Pros:

This hotel isinanexcellent position for shopping and transport, there are plentyof choice for breakfast and the staff are excellent

Cons:

In our room the toilet seat was a bit loose and also the whole kitchen tap moved when you used it and needed tightening up but it did not bother us enough to get it fixed

Great time. Very pleased.
Pros:

I have been several times to this hotel. It is very comfortable, great view of the gate and the walk and in walking distance (10 min) to a nice street food area with lots of different foods. Just outside the hotel around the corner Chinese groups are enjoying themselves with dancing, singing etc. Always worth to see.

It is also close to key touristic sites.
