The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok

Our stay at this hotel was simply outstanding. Even though the property already holds an almost perfect ranking, both the hotel itself and especially the Club Lounge staff managed to exceed all expectations.
The facilities were modern, spotlessly clean, and maintained to the highest standard. The atmosphere struck a wonderful balance - relaxed yet refined, making it easy to feel both comfortable and included.
A heartfelt thank you to entire team for creating such a memorable experience. This hotel truly deserves every bit of its excellent reputation.

お部屋の環境，清潔さ、心のこもったウエルカムレター、全てとても心地よいものでしたが、何よりも印象的かつ再訪したいと心から思えたのはスタッフの方々全ての自然でチャーミングな笑顔でした。
特に朝食リリーズのスタッフ、エントランスのベルボーイ？の方々の対応は素晴らしく一日の始まりをより心地よく，又帰りの疲れを癒してくださるかのような笑顔でした。
もちろん朝食のリリーズでのひとときは幸せそのものでした🎶
次回も是非利用させていただきたいですね。

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The views of the Marina Bay are breathtakingly beautiful. The staff are very eager to serve you and create a harmonious environment. So close to attractions, shopping and dining.

It's a nice hotel but nothing more special than other 5star rayed hotels in the area i.e. Marriott Surawongse, JW Marriott Bangkok, Hyatt Regency Bangkok are just as nice for a better price. I stayed at this Ritz-Carlton for 7 nights and although some staff try their best to be accommodating, the overall experience is not the "Ritz experience". The breakfast buffet is very limited compared to the above hotels or other 4star hotels. I got a package including breakfast but I wouldn't want to pay for it seperately. The dinner was very nice at the Lily's restaurant. When I dispute charges during checkout of $200+ laundry charge when they initially said it was complimentary, the response was "We cannot release your luggages unless you pay for it."

Slightly removed from the main areas of activity, but an excellent property overall. The staff is just outstanding!

The hotel is new, location wise amazing views of Lumphini park. Also it’s next to One Bangkok so it’s convenient. Breakfast was very good with wide variety. Service could be improved as it was busy at times and they seem to be overwhelmed, but I think with time will get better. Overall would recommend this hotel.

I’ve been fortunate to stay at several Ritz-Carlton properties, but this is easily one of my favourites. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, every detail, from the warm ambience and elegant decor to the exceptional staff - reflects true world-class hospitality.

A special thank you to team members like Nana at breakfast and the lovely lady who greeted us upon arrival (I wish I remembered her name). Every interaction was kind and genuine.

One standout feature was the thoughtfully designed separate women’s and men’s sauna and whirlpool area, which includes a serene Himalayan salt room with heated day beds and even a tiny rinse dryer for wet swimwear—every detail has clearly been considered for guest comfort.

Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay.

I think the hotel itself is a high-end one. I was not lucky enough to be given a room which had problems with air conditioning and the door to the balcony was broken. The life was installed with detectable buttons but the same lift was not functioning
However, the staff members were helpful and enthusiastic in giving help.

It was one of the best hotel stays we have had in a long time. Excellent hotel and staff and amenities were first class. The Manager, Lewis, is one of the best I have ever come across. Well done, and we will definitely return and recommend to our friends! Thank you all so much!
