Pros:

How new the facility is and the staff are friendly! Easy walking distance to fishing charters, food and gas station! They also have their own bar on the third floor! Very affordable place to stay and worth it! Will be an ongoing customer for sure!

Location was very nice. Quiet location. Cleaned room. Nice Keurig coffee maker in room.

Cons:

Website said free breakfast. Didn’t have it anymore. Beds were very hard. So was couch. No ice maker had to buy ice.

Nice facilities, comfortable stay.
Pros:

This was a comfortable stay, the location was great, close to everything. My room was not exceptionally clean, especially the floor. Front desk staff tried to charge me an “upgrade fee” for each night, to locate me in a different building, because I have a tiny dog. This was not disclosed in the information provided to me when I made the reservation. I DID alert them that I had a dog when I made my reservation, and was fine with the pet fee, which was disclosed in the information provided. (Even then, the fee was steep, at $75.00, and was non-refundable. My tiny dog didn’t do anything in or to the room.)

I would probably stay there again but I was disappointed in the changes made since my last visit.
Pros:

Location and the staff were very nice. It was nice having a bar at the hotel and the free drink each day. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Cons:

It had changed a lot since my last visit in April 2023. I missed the atrium having a big sitting area and the breakfast provided at that time. It seems they were going through a lot of changes and expanding. The grab and go breakfast was very disappointing.

Overall, it was worth the cost, but would be nice to have a ice machine.

The rooms were huge and spacious for large families.

There was a weird smell in the lobby, there is no ice machine on the property. The mattress was really firm.
