Close to everything
No ice machine
Pillows were flat
The property had nice, clean, modern decor and the location was close to the beach.
Location was good
The room had a foul smell, rusty water running out of bottom of AC, room did not cool down at all, shower wasnt clean
We love the room very comfortable& clean. The temperature was perfect in the room. Your workers were helpful & very friendly.
I wish there was a ice machine. Needed to refill my mug with ice. The help said that we have to paid for a small bag of ice. Since that is no ice machine, I feel that we should have 1 complimentary bag of ice. I knew that there was breakfast provide. I understand that you do not have a grease trap but having a waffle would be great. My husband don't sleep well so he up thru out the night. He can hear people outside the room door & the rooms next to us. Beside those things, we have a great stay. Thank you!

It was close to the ferry
The older side of the hotel is dated but well maintained. It was very clean and spacious. We were fortunate to have a lower level room as there is no elevator to the second floor. We were very happy with the breakfast buffet. The price was very good also. We will definitely be returning for a future stay. The newer side of the hotel is also very nice. We enjoyed the upper level bar with the view of the marina.
The facility was dated but they are updating things and it was very clean and spacious. I would not be happy to have a second floor room as there is no elevator.
The location is great. Right across the street from our favorite restaurant, Fins, and the Ferry is right next door.
Everything was great except our shower handle fell off. We could still take a bath or shower, just a little annoying that the handle was loose and fell off.

The staff, rooms are spacious and updated. Very nice and clean.
Breakfast is continental
The location is great!!!! It’s close to stores, restaurants, a 3 minute drive to the beach and it’s close to the ferry. They have a cute and nice little bar and lounge in the 3rd floor. You can see the marina and the ferry.
The beds are not super comfortable but they are definitely not the worst. They are just ok. The water pressure in the shower is great for washing hair but it’s super strong and hurts when it hits your nips.
