Pros:

Amazing hotel
Pros:

We like everything!!! The stuff and crew were amazing and kind and helpful with everything we needed. The food is amazing! the rooms were clean and I very recommended with whole mu heart. Love it.

Nice hotel , great location, lovely staff

Great location, staff very obliging.

Nice rooftop bar

Cons:

The bathtub was very high and the shower head very low. The rain water shower head was good.
Shower in bathtub not great.
Before we booked in we should have been informed about the building works within the hotel.
No shelter over pool area which made the floors extremely hot.

Not a great stay! Will not recommend to anyone!
Pros:

- Just an average hotel and definitely not a five star!
- Nothing great, I wonder how they’ve got that rating
- some staff members were great, while some had attitude problems.

Cons:

- they never gave me water even after asking 4-5 times. I don’t know why. Anyway the bottles provided in the room are so tiny, two bottles of 335ml, can you imagine??
- there was drilling happening during evening which they inform you about when you reach hotel and make the payment. What’s the use of telling at that time??
- Room service doesn’t pick up call after 10 pm. Why??
- And they will not give you water bottles, doesn’t matter how many times you ask, so weird!!
