Le séjour était parfait
Pros:

Le personnel courtois, la propreté, la piscine sur le rooftop était un peu petite mais c’était très beau. La soupe Pho au restaurant. Les déjeunés étaient incroyables, il y avait vraiment tout au buffet.

Amazing, would recommend!
Pros:

The sky bar is amazing and one of the tallest buildings in the city centre. Staff were super lovely, bed was really comfy and the view from the room was awesome too, definitely worth paying for the city view

Noisy, our room was on the 12th floor and at 5:00 in the morning we were woken up by moving chairs in the breakfast room the floor above us. Lobby and rooms a bit old. The breakfast was ok, but not outstanding.

Für uns eine absolute Empfehlung! Wir kommen bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Hanoi garantiert wieder!
Pros:

Wir waren während unserer Vietnamreise gleich zweimal im May De Ville Corner Hotel und haben uns beim zweiten Aufenthalt ganz bewusst wieder dafür entschieden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb des Trubels der Altstadt, trotzdem erreicht man alles bequem zu Fuß. Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt in der Umgebung.

Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Bereits bei der Ankunft wird man mit einem Getränk und einem kalten Erfrischungstuch begrüßt und fühlt sich sofort willkommen.

Wir hatten beide Male eine Junior Suite, die sehr geräumig, sauber und hochwertig ausgestattet war. Das Bad könnte etwas mehr Ablagefläche bieten, ansonsten gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Ein tolles Detail sind die Ohrenstöpsel, die kostenlos im Zimmer bereitliegen.

Der Rooftop-Pool mit Poolbar und Blick über Hanoi war unser Lieblingspool der gesamten Reise. Zwar nicht besonders groß, aber einfach wunderschön.

Auch Frühstück und Restaurant können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl mit vietnamesischen und westlichen Speisen, frisch zubereiteten Eiern, Obst und vielem mehr. Das Abendessen war ebenfalls hervorragend.

Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Wäscheservice: schnell, preiswert und die Kleidung war perfekt verpackt. Auch der spontane Late Check-out war zu einem fairen Preis möglich.

Als Abschied erhielten wir bei beiden Aufenthalten sogar noch Kaffee geschenkt – eine sehr nette Geste.

Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Hanoi definitiv wieder!

Cons:

Ich habe mich anfangs über einen etwas ungewöhnlichen Geruch im Treppenhaus gewundert. Später haben wir erfahren, dass Gäste Durian mit ins Hotel bringen dürfen. Da konnten einem die Mitarbeiter fast schon leid tun. Wer die Frucht kennt, weiß, wie intensiv sie riechen kann.

Geweldig verblijf met buitengewoon behulpzaam personeel!
Pros:

Het personeel is buitengewoon behulpzaam! Ze spreken allen goed engels. In onze ervaring nog nooit zo goed geholpen door hotelpersoneel. Kamers zijn schoon en netjes. Ontbijt heeft een ruime keuze. Locatie is iets verder van Old Quarter (20 min lopen), waardoor het in de buurt ook minder chaotisch is. Dit vonden wij erg prettig om de reuring van de stad te ontsnappen!
