Cons:

Une catastrophe absolue – À fuir !

La pire expérience d'hôtel de ma vie ! Dès notre arrivée, le code d'accès ne fonctionnait pas et il était impossible de récupérer nos clés. Nous avons tenté d'appeler l'établissement à plusieurs reprises, mais personne n'a daigné répondre. Il a fallu attendre qu'un habitant de l'immeuble passe par là pour nous donner un numéro WhatsApp. Malheureusement, ce n'est qu'une IA qui répondait en boucle, nous laissant toujours bloqués dehors.

Au bout de deux heures d'attente interminables, une personne physique nous a enfin contactés sur WhatsApp pour nous donner un autre code. Une fois les clés en main, nouveau problème : impossible de trouver la porte d'entrée, par manque d'indications.

Quand nous avons enfin réussi à entrer, l'expérience a continué de se dégrader : une odeur nauséabonde et tenace flottait de la réception jusqu'au 2ème étage. Les couloirs étaient encombrés de vélos, de poussettes et même de vetements stockés, l'endroit ressemblant plus à un squat ou à un immeuble d'habitation sociale de fortune qu'à un hôtel payé au prix fort.

Quant aux chambres, la propreté était tout simplement déplorable pour ce tarif astronomique : la moquette, les murs et la ventilation étaient sales, et la cafetière était pleine de moisissure ! Un manque total de respect pour les clients, de l'accueil jusqu'à l'hygiène. Établissement à fuir absolument, c'est du vol.

Pros:

Posizione e grandezza della stanza.

Cons:

Le lenzuola erano sporche e in camera era sempre costante la presenza di odore di fumo. Nell'edificio sono presenti altre famiglie che fanno parecchio rumore. Alla doccia mancava un profilo ma almeno hanno rimediato in breve tempo.

Pros:

Optimale Lage. Straßenbahn und S-Bahn fußläufig erreichbar. Möglichkeit einen Parkplatz zu reservieren.

Cons:

Selfservice war mangelhaft. Es sollte eine Karte zum öffnen der Haustür im Briekasten hinterlegt sein. Da war aber nichts. Nur weil ein netter Mitbewohner mir die Tür geöffnet hat konnte ich wenigsten in mein Zimmer. Telefonisch und per Mail war am Anreisetag niemand zu erreichen. Erst am nächsten Tag kam ein Rückruf und es wurden 2 Karten hinterlegt.

This was a well-priced option with excellent local transport and an airport train on the doorstep.

A coffee pod for everyday would have been appreciated. When in a foreign country with no idea of the system in the room it is hard to find this for yourself

Good for business travellers, convenient location!
Pros:

Valemi Stay - Self Service is in a good location, with a train station just 2min walk away that can bring you to most parts of Dusseldorf. Taking the train into the city centre takes only about 20min.
The room is spacious and quiet, and surprisingly comes with an iron and ironing board. The table is big for working. All these are perfect for business travellers.
The cleaning staff was super-helpful. I was a bit rushed to check out, they waited for me a bit and even helped me with the luggage to the lift while I called the Uber.

Cons:

Since there is no staff at the reception, check-in instructions are provided. You have to collect the building access cards from the room letter box, then proceed to the room where the pin code to access the room is provided too. However, it is not always easy to navigate just by following the instructions, for example, how to find the letter box at the side of the building, the access card provide access from a side door (not the main door) which was not mentioned, etc.
There was no mention of WiFi and password anywhere. I was lucky to meet a resident and she kindly gave me the WiFi password.
The room did not provide shampoo or shower gels as well as all of the other toiletries, so do prepared to bring your own.
The coffee and tea bags provided were just placed in the open in the container without any packaging, making it seems like it was leftovers.

BLOSS NICHT BUCHEN !!! Es war Horror gefühlt das ganze Gebäude besteht auf Wohnungen die vermietet sind Kinder spielen auf dem Flur es riecht nach Essen und alles war dreckig !!!
Unser Kühlschrank war noch gefüllt mit Lebensmitteln von den vorherigen Besuchern einfach Bah!!
Keine Ahnung was für ein Konzept dieses Hotel hat aber die Zimmer daneben werden vermietet und man fühlt sich wie in nem Wohnheim

Koszos volt, a kapcsolattartó amint problémamegoldásra lett volna szükség eltűnt, a főbejáratnál vagy működött a mágneskártya vagy nem. Világítás szinte nincsen, egy db ledcsík van az ágyba beépítve. Az ágy használhatatlanra ki van feküdve.

Place was too small and the bed was really uncomfortable. Bathroom was too small to fit in luckily I have reduced 6 KG else I would not fit in. check inn was too trouble some infact the host was not able to remember the passkey and it took more than an hour to check inn in night time. no tissue paper in wash room we purchased the same. shower broken, the bed was broken from middle and really uncomfortable. used cleaning cloth kept under the mattress. I really got back ache in four nights of stay here.
