Muito boa.
Pros:

Toda a equipe do hotel está de parabéns. As refeições perfeitas.

Cons:

Garagem com poucas vagas e tinha que deixar o carro em outra área do próprio hotel segura inclusive mas tinha que fazer esse deslocamento.

Pros:

The location right across the beach. A short drive to town. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had issues with the room we booked and they were very helpful even during the night.

Cons:

It was our second time but will likely be the last. We had stayed there 4 years ago, and the overall quality of the place has gone downhill. The room initially offered to us was inhabitable due to the strong mold smell (also, very tiny). We were offered a second room which was only slightly better. We ended up paying more for a better room. The breakfast which had been a highlight during our first stay, was underwhelming. Granted it was Easter week but the noise in the breakfast room made you want to eat quickly and leave.

As opções de lazer para criança são ótimas ! Possui duas piscinas , um espaço Kids monitorado , excelente para quem tem criança !

Cons:

Simplesmente não tem wi fi , o sinal caía toda hora , e a vivo não pega bem nas intermediações do hotel , então ficamos 4 dias sem internet ,
Falamos com a recepção , mas não resolveram pq também não é culpa deles . Mas sim da empresa prestadora do serviço Internet

Excelente estadia!!!
Pros:

Quero parabenizar todos os funcionários, do estacionamento as camareiras, todos muito educados, simpáticos…

Atendimento é a chave. O João Pedro, o Joel na recepção fazem toda diferença. E o rapaz em treinamento que também é super carismático e solicito.

Cons:

Academia poderá ser mais divulgada inclusive no Check-in

Fechadura acabou a bateria e tive que atravessar o hotel inteiro para chamar alguém pra abrir a porta.
A comida do restaurante serviço de quarto horrorosa, sem tempero, pouca quantidade.
O banheiro estava cheio de mofo!

Pros:

Perfeito para familia com crianças! Não recomendo para casais sem crianças. Peguei o quarto com sala e é enorme, gostei tb do ar condicionado não ficar direcionado para nossas cabeças. O aquakids e espaço kids é ótimo! Petisco de camarão empanado vale muito à pena! Funcionários em geral muito atenciosos e gentis!

Cons:

Falta maior cuidado na limpeza das piscinas com uma cor suja, esverdeada. Café da manhã foi um dos pontos que mais decepcionou. Horrível. As toalhas tb aparentavam sujas, com manchas. Mas pelo preço, achei o custo benefício muito bom.

Achei o café da manhã bom, pelo custo beneficio. A localização é otima.

Cons:

O restaurante do hotel horrível (tudo caro e a qualidade pessíma). Pedimo um prato infantil e foi um vergonha (51,00), pior que comida de hospital (sem gosto, sem sal, veio feijão preto e um prato parece de bebê. Para piorar o suco horrível.
