Important information:

Restaurant opened at 6:30 in the week and during the weekend and holidays open 08:00. Kitchen closes daily at 22:00, the restaurant closes at 22:30 everyday.

Cleaning service is provided from Monday to Saturday. Sundays and holidays it is upon request.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Conforto e boa localização
Pros:

Localização excelente, próxima de shoppings (Mood e Costanera Center) e de restaurantes legais, conforto do quarto, bom café da manhã, cordialidade do staff.

Cons:

Não há reposição da água do quarto, mesmo havendo frigobar, e, após as 22h, o restaurante do hotel, para de funcionar, sendo necessário que a recepção peça água no hotel vizinho e tenhamos que pagar na recepção. Poderia haver uma máquina automática para venda ou um purificador de água instalado no andar do restaurante.

Ubicación. Instalaciones agradables. Muy buena cama. Baño muy bien (pese a que no cambiaron las toallas en los tres día y a que una de ellas se había manchado).

Cons:

Demasiada gente en el desayuno. Faltaba reposición a tiempo de algunas cosas.
El personal de recepción fue solo correcto, pero no particularmente atento.

Adorei a estadia, atendeu minha expectativa.
Pros:

Hotel bem localizado, em uma bela rua, com ótimo cafe da manhã. O estacionamento fica a uma pequena caminhada.

Cons:

Banheiro com banheira\box pequeno e com uma coluna no teto.

Pros:

La ubicación en el barrio de las condes y una calle muy tranquila. Muy buena cama y buen desayuno.

Cons:

Conocí el hotel desde su inauguración y ha perdido un poco de estilo. Demasiada gente en el desayuno que viene del aparthotel del mismo grupo y que en hora pico resultó un poco caótico con falta de reposición en el buffee. Cobrar por palta en el desayuno me pareció fuera de lugar.

Pros:

Uitstekende plek voor mijn werk, alles op loop afstand. Fijne receptie en attend personeel, vooral in de ontbijtzaal/restaurant, top. Prima kamer met heerlijk groot bed en netjes ingericht. Fijne badkamer. Gewoon goed.

Cons:

Douche lekte iets door, waardoor er telkens water over de badkamer vloer liep, iets wat eenvoudig met nieuwe kit is op te lossen, nu kostte dat steeds een handdoek voor op de vloer. Airco zo wat minder lawaai mogen maken. Verder helemaal niets.

La zona es muy buena y el hotel se ve bien.

Pero se ven viejas algunas partes de la habitación, el aire acondicionado fallaba, el Internet era muy malo y la atención al cliente no tan buena
