Important information:

Restaurant opened at 6:30 in the week and during the weekend and holidays open 08:00. Kitchen closes daily at 22:00, the restaurant closes at 22:30 everyday.

Cleaning service is provided from Monday to Saturday. Sundays and holidays it is upon request.

Preciosa estadía en Santiago, hospedaje muy recomendable

Hotel bonito, limpio y cómodo , ubicado en una zona residencial, segura y cercana a varios lugares de interés.

Cons:

Estuvo todo muy bien.
Sólo agregaría una butaca más en la habitación.

Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo ao metrô, ao MUT e ao Costanera Center, todos acessíveis a pé. O café da manhã atendeu bem às nossas expectativas, e a equipe foi sempre muito atenciosa e prestativa. Tivemos uma ótima experiência durante a estadia.

Cons:

Frigobar trancado com chave, o que dificulta o uso.

Hotel con excelente ubicación y confortabilidad
Pros:

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, estaba cerca de todo lo que necesitaba y el barrio era seguro.

Cons:

Lo único es que el estacionamiento no estuviera en el mismo hotel, pero la verdad, era muy cerca donde se podía estacionar y el personal era extremadamente amable y se aseguraban en entregar todas las facilidades.

Nice location but uncomfortable stay
Pros:

Great location and clean rooms.

Cons:

Small rooms in cramped floors. Overall quite noisy, as guests and staff move around at all hours. Housekeepers began knocking doors at 8:30, waking up guests and effectively pushing them out. Breakfast isn’t great.

Pros:

Fueron varias cosas: la tranquilidad del hotel y del sector, aún estando en medio del ajetreo de la ciudad; la decoración y limpieza de la habitación; los artículos de higiene de la ducha, buenísimos; en el desayuno había muy buenos sabores; y sobre todo la atención de las personas: desde la recepción hasta el restaurante. Un 7 los muchachos.

El baño, el comando de ducha suelto y el lavamanos tenia suelta una pieza. Y no estaba tan limpio.

El dormitorio era oscuro y no funcionó la cafetera.

Localização e conforto do quarto valem à pena.
Pros:

Cama e travesseiros muito bons, chuveiro excelente, quarto confortável. Localização muito boa, perto de tudo, dá pra ir a pé ou de metrô em muitos locais turísticos. Bairro tranquilo, bons restaurantes, mercados próximos.

Cons:

Wi-fi ruim no sétimo andar, na recepção era ok. Café da manhã bom, porém muito cheio, com frequência a reposição dos itens era demorada e pouca variação durante a semana.
