Important information:

Restaurant opened at 6:30 in the week and during the weekend and holidays open 08:00. Kitchen closes daily at 22:00, the restaurant closes at 22:30 everyday.

Cleaning service is provided from Monday to Saturday. Sundays and holidays it is upon request.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Ótimo custo benefício, ótima localização. Recomendo mto!
Pros:

As instalações são novas, bonitas. Os funcionários da recepção são atenciosos. A localização é ótima, pois além do bairro ser bem tranquilo e seguro é super perto do metrô Tobalaba. O café da manhã é gostoso com ótimas opções, só não sei como seria pra ficar mais dias, só ficamos 2 dias e as opções não variaram, mas super nos atendeu. Só o atendimento do restaurante que no primeiro dia foi excelente mas depois deixou um pouco a desejar, alguns pedidos não chegaram e acabamos desistindo.
Ponto alto do restaurante o chupe de cangrejo e camarão… maravilhoso

Cons:

Único ponto a comentar é que nossa reserva era pra 3 pessoas, quando chegamos só tinha 2 toalhas, tivemos que pedir a outra, no dia seguinte a camareira não repôs nenhum e tivemos que pedir e aguardar de novo, nesse dia ela ainda esqueceu um dos produtos de limpeza em cima da pia. No último dia mais uma vez faltava uma toalha e tivemos que pedir de novo. Não foi grave, nada que não pudéssemos esperar, mas por todo o restante acho que podiam ter só um pouco mais de atenção.

Tranquilidade e simpatia dos funcionários
Pros:

Localização e funcionários. Hotel bom, somente o quarto um pouco pequeno. Café da manhã ok, poderia oferecer mais opções, porém entendo que não é fácil considerando tratar-se de um hotel pequeno, com poucos quartos.

Esperaba mas de un Hotel Boutique.....

Ubicacion excelente.

Cons:

Nunco tuvimos sufiecientes toallas para dos personas, ambos dias reclamamos por la falta de ellas, solo el segundo dia llegaron y tarde.
Desayuno indicaron que era hasta las 11 AM a las 10:30 estaba desordenado, con varias cosas faltantes en el buffet.
La cama no estaba bien hecha la sabana inferior suelta a los pies y se sentia el cubrecolchon.
