Good location and friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and always available by phone or text. The hotel was also just outside the centre so it was an easy distance on foot

Cons:

Most of the staff didn’t speak English and the only person who did was available only by phone. The breakfast was tasty but limited. Their recommendation of a cruise also turned out to be not very good. Paying by card was also a challenge as the receptionist didn’t know how to work the machine they had
