Overall, a decent stay
Pros:

The room was comfortable, and decent. Bathroom was clean and spacious, which is a major necessity. Location wise- it is easily accessible by cabs and autos and it overlooked on the street with local market, so there was no hassle for necessities. The common space in the floor has a balcony for you to sit and relax. Rooms are air conditioned.

Cons:

The rooms were starting from second floor, and they were assigning rooms on the higher floors: 3rd or 4th as the 1st floor has a banquet, this is specifically for the ones travelling with aged people. However, the stairs are lowly spaced so it won't be a problem if you do not have any medical issue. The staffs were good but there was a misunderstanding regarding the extension of our stay and prices. If you are willing to extend your stay or have early/ late check in, kindly have a proper confirmation beforehand, to avoid any misunderstanding. In our case, the manager had clarified it decently.
