Staff was helpful was clean and tidy but expensive for what it was and location

Really charming accommodation and extremely good value!
Pros:

Staff were immediately so friendly and welcoming and the facilities were very attractive and functional. We arrived on a cold weekend for rock climbing and were very pleased the heating was so decent, helping us to relax with ease.

Cons:

The only thing that we think could be improved slightly was the mattress quality (too soft for us personally) and room ventilation but other than that we would def stay again.

Great place. Great price. Nice pint.
Pros:

Clean, warm and welcoming. No complaints at all.

Cons:

Nothing. Really good setup. Probably a nightmare for anyone older or with a disability as it's all steps and hills (and bunk beds), but those issues probably apply to any old hotel in the valleys.

Comfortable stay with friendly staff
Pros:

Comfortable room, nicely decorated, warm, clean, quiet. Right where the party was so very convenient.

Cons:

No where to hang anything. Breakfast would have been nice. Shower fiddly to work and far too hot.

Great venue for bacpackers, reunion get togethers and the like
Pros:

Staff were amazing and friendly

Cons:

Beds rather uncomfortable but then I do have numerous issues about comfort of hotel beds in general. Venue was fantastic, did however find the late night saturday disco noise very bdisturbing - that base downstairs was awful.....but we did enjoy ourselves. One other minor point, my credit card details were hacked almost immediately after booking the venue via Booking.Com. I have tried to raise this concern with Booking.Com but all communications lead back to the venue for feedback. Suspect that somehow my and perhaps others details were hacked off the Booking.Com site as I had no fewer than 6 hotel booking payments debited to my credit card immediately after booking this get away.

Pretty basic but to be expected for the price.
Pros:

It was cheap and good location for my leisure trip

Cons:

No parking. Took me 20 mins to find a space 4 streets away. Very loud. Live bands on during my stay but they did finish at 11pm. Room and bathroom could be a bit cleaner.

Cons:

Prior info about parking. Outside area could be a little nicer... Shared use of another hot tub for the bunkhouse rooms would be a big selling point!!
