Le château .son emplacement, ses beaux espaces, ses salles, l'accueil, la piscine..bref cela répondait à mes attentes sauf que. ...je n'avais pas réservé de table de restaurant autre qu'à l'hôtel tant les photos des plats etaient alléchantes. Quelle deception!

Cons:

De l'entrée soit disant un millefeuille de poireaux, Au plat cramoisi et sec de la cuisse de canard ..ce fut une déception qui a terni le moment magique que j'attendais. C'est vraiment dommage pour un endroit de cet acabit.du coup le souvenir de ce beau lieu reste réduit a une assiette non travaillée et sèche au possible. Nous en avons relaté au serveur bien aimable ceci faisant et qui n'a pas ménagé ses efforts pour servir tout le monde avec la chaleur ambiante du moment et l'encadrement d'un jeune homme a faire en même temps . Voilà ! J'aurai préféré mettre un autre commentaire mais ceci est pour vous faire repenser la cuisine que vous offrez . Heureusement que nous avons consommé une bonne bouteille du château pour tenter de masquer notre deception.
Nb: Pour la chambre , une petite machine de type Nespresso serait fort agréable. Et un plus non négligeable pour un hôtel de cette gamme

Magical chateaux visit
Pros:

We loved the setting, the pool was fantastic especially given the heat wave! The antique furniture was beautiful and the food was delicious. The staff were all really helpful amd welcoming, Jerome gave us wine, ham and cheese when we arrived late in the evening. We loved the tour of the wine cellars and learning about the family history from the delightful and friendly guide. Fabrice was very helpful with all our enquiries and very welcoming. We would definitely love to visit again.

Cons:

The bathroom was slightly dated but clean and in good condition. Some extras such as shampoo and a larger kettle in our room for coffee would have been ideal.
