Charming hotel on the countryside
Pros:

This charming countryside hotel provides nice, air-conditioned rooms and convenient location to explore the Saint Emilion region. The staff is always friendly and gives great tips for visits. There’s also an opportunity to get acquainted with the chateau’s own production by visiting the caves or participating in degustation. They have recently added a new restaurant terrace with beautiful views.

Cons:

The menu at the restaurant is very limited and perhaps not quite on par with what you would expect when it comes to the culinary experience. However, there are plenty of other dinner options available in the region.

Chambre pleine de charme avec une literie confortable et un personnel accueillant
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. La chambre était très jolie, avec une véritable ambiance de château, ce qui lui donne beaucoup de charme. La literie était confortable et nous avons apprécié la mise à disposition d'eau et de café dans la chambre. La terrasse ombragée est également un vrai plus pour se détendre.
Le personnel était accueillant et serviable. Sur simple demande, nous avons même pu effectuer notre check-in à 12 h au lieu de 16 h, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.
Dans l'ensemble, un séjour agréable grâce au charme des lieux et à la gentillesse du personnel
La prise du Petit déjeuner sur une terrasse incroyable !!

Cons:

En revanche, la salle de bain est assez sommaire. Elle est équipée d'une baignoire, mais il n'est pas possible d'y fixer le pommeau de douche, ce qui rend la toilette peu pratique. De plus, seul un gel douche/shampoing 2-en-1 est fourni.
Le petit déjeuné est à mon sens cher pour ce que nous avons pu y trouver.

Lindo lugar. Personal amable.Buena cena. Preciso de los vinos algo elevados para lo que cuestan en promedio.

This was an absolutely superb hotel that we would love to stay in again. Everything was excellent.

Mycket trevligt vinstlott som kan rekommenderas
Pros:

Trevliga rum med gott om plats. Fin pool. Miljön kring slottet var fint och även de gemensamma utrymmens i slotten var trevliga. Personalen var hjälpsamma och trevliga.

Cons:

Frukosten var kanske i dyraste laget för vad man fick. Fick en seg oxfilé en av kvällarna.

Belle étape d'une soirée dans le vignoble.
Pros:

Très beau site, au milieu du vignoble. Belle piscine au sein d'un cadre agréable. Bon restaurant sur la terrasse. Bon petit déjeuner. Grand parking gratuit. Possibilité de visiter les caves et dégustation (payant en supplément).

Cons:

Manque une serviette de bain à disposition pour aller à la piscine. Pas de porte de séparation chambre / WC salle de bains.

It was okay.
Pros:

The property is gorgeous. The pool was lovely and cold. The reception staff were absolutely delightful to deal with. It was great to have the EV charging here too.

Cons:

I did not like staff at the bar, I found both the staff there to be very standoff-ish and they made us feel like we were in the way. At 10pm in the bar, they also turned off the air conditioning (in a heatwave). They close the pool at 8pm which is WAY too early, especially in a heatwave when we wanted to be able to swim for longer. At about 9pm they would not allow us to visit the back portion of the property to see how beautiful it was, saying 'we have locked the doors, you can't go'. I thought that was quite rude. On the other hand - the reception staff are very lovely. The A/C in the room was not cold enough.

Tres bon séjour
Pros:

Nous tenons à remercier Fabrice, qui a su nous rendre service en nous permettant d’arriver en début d’après-midi à l’hôtel et de profiter de la piscine avant l’heure prévue du check-in. De plus, à notre grande surprise, notre chambre était déjà prête à notre arrivée. Une attention très appréciée qui a contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.Je remercie également Carole pour son accueil ainsi que Jérôme pour la restauration .
