Cons:

Night one water outage,no backup water
Room was not cleaned the following morning at 1.30pm and required us to request urgent cleaning of the room ,told they have one person servicing 14 rooms .Not staff issue, management issue.
Friday night group of guests were having a party in their rooms,lots of noise,no security visible .

Enjoyed my stay, my room was clean and spacious. The working table was the cherry on top!

Pros:

Overall, the place is good, service was good, rooms are clean and hotel is clean. Easy to get around.

Cons:

The bed was making squeaky noise, unless one sleeps in the middle. Please keep proper wine glasses in rooms, having to pay R50 for asking for a wine glass ancient. Please also upgrade your dining area and kitchen.

We would definitely stay here again. The staff were very friendly. It’s close to everything and rooms were clean and spa
Pros:

The staff were very happy, helpful, accommodating and very friendly. The hotel was close to the mall, the beach and restaurants. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything you need (kettle, coffee, fridge, microwave, blow dryer) and a big spacious bathroom.

Cons:

The bathroom door didn’t close properly and the toilet didn’t flush very well.

Overall, really enjoyed our stay with the super friendly staff and close proximity to everything.
Pros:

We loved our stay. The staff were very helpful, happy and accommodating. The pool was nice, rooms were spacious and clean. Food was good at the hotel. It is close to the mall, beaches and many restaurants. Your room has everything you need (fridge, kettle, coffee, blow dryer and microwave). Bathroom was spacious.

Cons:

Our room safe wasn’t working, the door latch was broken.

I will stay here if I am desperate as it is convenient to get to the highway
Cons:

I was moved to 3 different rooms during my stay. ,1st room was right opposite the event venue which I was not attending. So the knock on my door at 23:00 to shift me to another room where there were kids running on the corridors
I was shift again the next as the TV was not working to the 3rd room.
After that I gave up as the room also Netflix was not working

A good stay
Pros:

Close to all amenities, clean and friendly staff. They have very comfortable beds.

Cons:

I think they need to upgrade their televisions to smart TVs for personal connections.
The floor I was in was so noisy that I had to call the management to sort out the problem. Luckily they did.
