A lovely venue my kids want to visit again, so I guess we'll be back!
Pros:

We were treated well, from the security who helped us with parking to the reception staff who directed us to our room, and the bar staff who provided a friendly service. The room was comfortable, including beds that were a joy to sleep on. We enjoyed our stay.

Terrible stay. I booked this hotel cause it said it caters for kids and they offer a cot bed. When we got there, we were told all rooms have showers, already this is a challenge for my 6 year old and 2 month old daughter. Had to ask 3 times for the cot bed and when it arrived, it was dirty and old. There was no way my baby would sleep there. The beds provided for the room were old and made noise. The floors were dirty. The door locked itself and had to get the key reactivated at reception. Honestly there's nothing good to say. I wouldn't recommend it.
