Royal feels with love and care..
Pros:

The hotel is a part of the Kota Palace and it is very nice with courteous staff and spacious rooms and inside lawns. The rooms have an additional dressing area as well. The bathrooms are also big but lack an air dryer and other modern bathing space but that's fine...it's part of the old world charm.

Cons:

The breakfast spread is very sparse. This aspect is certainly the hotel can look into. The other amenity lacking is a pool..much required in the sweltering heat.

Pros:

Great location. Great service. Room was large and well furnished. Old style - Regal. The overall property is very interesting. The staff is very polite. We had dietary restrictions and they did well to accommodate. Good food.

Charming hotel
Pros:

When we drove up to the hotel we just thought, what a great place. Greeted well, taken to our rooms through the lovely garden courtyard. In one room we requested twin beds, which only had a double bed, and they accommodated us in a flash with a twin bed room. Bedrooms may be a bit dated but not an issue, they were clean, comfortable and had all the necessary amenities
Hotel was very clean
We noticed they had a lovely room with a full sized billiard table. They allowed us to use the table and the room, which is fairly historic.
In the evening we had a drink in the bar, a bit dated but again not an issue, part of the charm. Barman very good.
Meals in the restaurant were quite good and enjoyable. Breakfast likewise.

The stay at Umed Bhawan gave the perfect Rajasthan royal vibes and the rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant was amazing! Absolutely loved our stay here!
