Pros:

Очень удобное расположение. Номер чистый, аккуратный. Персонал дружелюбный.

Cons:

Было немного душно, но мы выключили батареи. Спать с открытой форточкой возможности не было из-за чаек, которые утром начинают кричать.

Piccolo hotel in posizione incantevole con alcune camere che offrono la vista sul porticciolo di Luarca. Camera piccola e intima, ben arredata, bagno moderno con box doccia. Piccolo parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze ma spesso pieno, in alternativa parcheggio gratuito a 500 metri

Non ci hanno avvertiti che non avrebbero fatto il servizio colazione (era indicata a pagamento) in quanto bassa stagione

Excellent choice! Near everything!
Pros:

We loved this place!! We got a room with harbor view and it did not disappoint!! Lovely room. Good heat. Restaurant downstairs but also located in a bustling area where you can find whatever you need!! Great property!

El desayuno buffet completo. Y el hombre que nos atendió muy amable.

Cons:

Las mujer de la limpieza que nos atendió nos atendió con poco tacto. Comentarios como "voy atender a esta gente" estando al lado y de forma un tanto despectiva sobra.
Además entrar en la habitación estando dentro para limpiarla faltando unos minutos para la hora de dejarla y con el cartel de molestar no me parece de recibo.
La habitación aunque daba a un patio interior era amplia

Perfect for a short stay in Luarca
Pros:

Comfortable room and friendly hosts. We ate downstairs in the restaurant which was also great. Windows looking right out over the harbour.
