Rip off shocker!

Zero! Total rip off.

Cons:

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Urban Luxury at The Rubik. The experience was far from what was advertised, and I am extremely disappointed with the overall quality and condition of the property. Below, is what made our stay completely unacceptable:
Misleading Photos: The pictures on the listing were extremely deceptive. The space was nothing like what was shown, and it was incredibly cramped—barely larger than a shoebox. This was not at all what I was expecting based on the images provided.
Lack of Basic Amenities: Upon arrival, we were hoping to take a shower after a long, hot journey as the temperature in Cape Town (CT) was 37°C. We found that there was not even a small bar of soap available, making it impossible to freshen up. This is a basic expectation that should be provided in any accommodation.
Towels: The towels provided were ridiculously small—nothing close to the size of standard bath towels, let alone bath sheets. It’s appalling that a hospitality rental would not provide proper Bath Sheets.
Bed linen was of poor quality, and the pillows were cheap and uncomfortable, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep.
Uncleanliness: The mirrors in the room had clearly been wiped with a dirty cloth, leaving streaks and grime. To make matters worse, the couch was stained and in such poor condition that we didn’t even want to sit on it. This made the whole space feel unclean and uncomfortable.
Given the poor conditions of the property, we couldn’t bear to stay another minute. We checked out and messaged the owner at 7am to inform them of our decision. We also requested that they instruct Booking.com to issue a refund for the last night of our stay as we found the property unacceptable.
I trust that you will take this complaint seriously and investigate this matter thoroughly. As we left the property early due to the unacceptable conditions, I believe a full or partial refund for the last night is warranted.

Cons:

The staff for the apartment were extremely rude and unprofessional. Its was complete miss for me. They made a mistake on the charging, which i paid, but in their attempt to correct it were extremely rude. Terrible lady that one

Perfect stay!
Pros:

The host was amazing! He was very helpful when I asked for an extension and for housekeeping service though I only stayed for 5 nights. The TV was fully equipped with all the OTT channels. The facilities were really good, with a washing machine, microwave oven, water boiler and a huge fridge.

Our stay was everything we hope it would be and more. We'd love to come back at some point.
Pros:

This modern apartment is a true gem, offering sleek design, top-notch amenities, and stunning views. The rooftop pool and BBQ areas provide uninterrupted panoramas of Table Mountains, Lion’s Head, the city, port, and ocean. Perfectly located near restaurants and the waterfront, it’s ideal for a luxurious stay right in the center of Capetown.

Cons:

The smell of neighbours cooking or smoking sometimes transfered through the vents but it was manageable.
