Hotel 4 out of 5 stars.
Pros:

We got the suite and it was as described.
Privacy and Separate A/C. Room was cleaned and the staff was friendly and nice

Cons:

A bit far and the area was sketchy at night.

Pros:

Nice big room with plenty of beds

Cons:

My wife and I were not able to use the double bed as there was a bad smell coming from that corner of the room. I did mention this to the reception staff, though nothing came of that discussion.

Pros:

The suite room was perfect for our family. It was huge and on tenth floor. It’s pretty close to Dotonbori and all the night life.

Cons:

It’s not a negative but the property is located in the back streets and might be a little challenging for people not comfortable with gritty and cross cultural feel. All the local restaurants are quite small and are combination of Korean, North West Chinese cuisines.
