今回リピーターです。少しごちゃごちゃした場所にありますが、駅からも十分近いです。
Pros:

元々アパートだったのを改装してホテルにしているので、キッチンや洗濯機がついていてとても快適に過ごせると感じました。
使用はしませんでしたが、旅行が長くなる場合などは助かると思います。

Cons:

団体のお客様が来た時はエレベーターが混雑して長時間待たないと行けないところ

Terribile, non ci tornerei neanche sotto tortura
Cons:

Estremamente sporca, colazione misera e di bassa qualità, per non parlare del bar la sera. Inoltre alla mia ragazza hanno buttato le ciabatte quando hanno “pulito” la camera per come intendono loro.

Easy place to stay for Osaka trip
Pros:

The place is big and have everything we needed. Good location and is a nice building.

Cons:

- staff weren’t so friendly/professional.
- breakfast was cold and not fresh, the staff was a little rude.

Good value for the money
Pros:

Stuff was nice, price was good.

Cons:

One elevator serving 10+ floors, very slow. Sometimes one has to wait for a long time to get it, as there is a line with people and baggage.

Location is good if your plan is to party. Not very conveniant for city exploring as it is a good 10min walk trom the nearest metro. With luggage it is a bit far.

Deceiving photos; cramped and uncomfortable room.

Staff members were nice.

Cons:

The hotel was small and quite difficult to find, especially with Hotels 1 and 2, which made things confusing. The room felt more like a motel room—very small, cramped, and suffocating. There were also no kitchen items provided, and anything we needed had to be purchased from the reception. Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy our stay at all.

Buena ubicación y habitación muy amplia.
Pros:

Estaba a unos 10 minutos de la calle principal de Dotonbori. El desayuno estaba bien, había poca variedad pero estaba bueno todo.

Cons:

No pasaron a cambiar las toallas ningún día.
