Way to basement parking is narrow
Charging for morning coffee. Not providing basic toilet facility to driver.
Location, cleanliness and staff friendliness
The Hotel is at 4th floor. In the night its scary to move by lift since the basement 1 & 2 and all floors upto 3 are dark. I was moving at around 9.30 pm when the lift first went to basement 2 and then to 1st and 2nd floor since someone had pressed the buttons. The floors were dark and scary. There should be a lift watchman!!
Nicely set up layout and well maintained room. Excellent lobby area. The best in the location.
I am not giving 10/10 star rating because of the staff. Because of their lack of knowledge, communication and untrained, they made my family uncomfortable as it was a situation of uneasy the moment we reached the desk.
Hotel owner, you have done a good work on the hotel condition and development, it will be useless if your staff at reception desk is not trained on certain skillset. If you want the hotel to continue in good rapport with returning customers, please work with your staff and handle the shortcomings.
A huge shout out to the hotel owner and it's maintenance staff for maintain and upkeeping the room and hotel premises. Nicely planned room layout and very well maintained bathroom conditions.
First the hotel property should train the reception desk people on how to communicate. They have zero knowledge of functioning and have zero knowledge on guest relations.
