Nice place and great location
Pros:

Great location, easy to walk around and get to the main temples. The room is small but the space is well used and has all the commodities. Common kitchen, water, tea and coffee available as well. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. Recommend this place if you're staying for a couple nights in Seul.

Cons:

The room is too hot and can be cramped for 3 people. The bathroom has a weird smell.

Perfect hostel with great location
Pros:

I really appreciated the friendly staff—they were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience much more enjoyable. The location was also a big plus, as it was convenient and easy to get around from there. Another nice touch was the complimentary coffee and ramen, which added extra value and made the stay feel more comfortable and thoughtful.

Cons:

The room was quite small, which made it feel a bit cramped, especially for longer stays. I also noticed that the partition walls were too thin, so noise from neighboring rooms could be heard easily, affecting privacy and rest. Additionally, the bathroom did not have a bidet, which was a bit inconvenient.

明洞屋台から近い！
日本語しゃべれるスタッフがいる。
変圧器あり。
コンビニが横にある。
エレベーターがカードかざさないとなので、セキュリティ良し。
お風呂ありでシャンプー、リンス、ボディソープも置いてある。
ドライヤーあり。

Cons:

ちょい古い。
バストイレ一緒だけどこの値段ならしゃーないね。

チェックインの際、部屋まで案内しますとスタッフの方が一緒に来て下さり何故だろうと思っていると
昨日急に部屋に水漏れが起きて、、と言われ部屋を見るとベットのすぐ側、浴室のドアの目の前が水漏れしており、床が水浸しでした。
スタッフの方に、お客様がこの日の宿泊者の中で最後に予約した人なので、他の部屋は空いてないです。と言われました。
流石に他の宿泊者の方と同じくお金を払っているし、水漏れがある部屋で過ごせないと思ったので、他の部屋は空いてませんか?と聞くと、確認しますと行って確認しに行き、最終的に部屋を変えて頂けましたが、他の部屋が空いているなら最初からそっちに案内するべきではないですか？最初に最後に予約したから空いてないと言っておいて、日本人だから何も言ってこないだろうみたいな感じで少し舐められている気がして腹が立ちました。
部屋は比較的清潔でしたし、駅からも近いので便利でしたが… その時は疲れていたので何も言いませんでしたが、後から思い返すとやっぱりおかしいよなと思ったのでこちらに記載します。

Pros:

The hotel's basic amenities are actually quite comprehensive, including complimentary instant noodles and drinking water facilities. What's even more commendable is the staff's exceptionally warm attitude. Not only do they possess basic English communication skills, but they also utilise translation software to assist with explanations. Should assistance be required during your stay, the staff not only proactively offer support but also promptly addressed matters upon my departure, leaving a note on the door (written in English) – a truly thoughtful touch.

Cons:

For travellers on a relatively tight budget, this hotel's facilities fully meet requirements. The only drawbacks are: the hotel occupies the fourth to sixth floors of a building, which itself appears somewhat dated; the ground floor houses a KTV venue, giving the impression of a rather mixed clientele; and the hotel itself has a rather strong fragrance, which may not suit guests sensitive to scents. Regarding the single room, mine wasn't particularly spacious; with a large suitcase unpacked, there was little room left. However, prioritising the comfortable bed made it acceptable.

I believe a hotel's quality should never be judged solely on its physical facilities. The service quality mentioned earlier more than compensates for any minor flaws. In summary, it remains a hotel worth revisiting.

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff, free ramen!
Pros:

Location: The hostel is conveniently situated near Gwangjang Market, Dongdaemun Shopping District, and DDP.
Transport: Excellent — just a short walk to subway stations, local bus stops, and the airport bus.
Staff: exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We were assisted by a female staff member on our first night, and although it was her first day, she demonstrated remarkable professionalism and confidence, as if she had been working there for years. When a minor power outage occurred on Level 5, the staff responded promptly and efficiently. Communication regarding the use of communal spaces and facilities was always clear and helpful.
Facilities: The hostel was very clean and comfortable. Laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are available for 4,000 won. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and ramen provided to guests.
Room: was small but cosy, clean, and comfortable. Despite previous reviews mentioning street noise, we did not experience any disturbances.

Cons:

* The walls are somewhat thin, allowing faint sounds from neighbouring rooms to be heard.
* Our room was located near the main entrance, staircase, and adjacent to the coffee machine and kitchen area, so we occasionally heard some activity — though it did not disrupt our stay.
* The bathroom was quite compact; my husband, who is over six feet tall, just fit comfortably.

Pros:

A really thoughtful hotel in every detail. The location is just perfect — close to the metro, bus stop, shops and plenty of cafés. I stayed with my family and we all enjoyed it very much. The rooms are compact (which is typical for Seoul), but for travelers who spend the whole day exploring, it’s absolutely fine. Clean, safe, and very well designed. Great balance of price and location — truly recommend this place.
