Der Aufenthalt war komfortabel und schön
Pros:

Die Wohnung war groß und gemütlich. Es gab genügend Platz und alles war ordentlich und sauber bei unserer Ankunft. Außerdem ist die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit gewesen, was uns die Ankunft erleichtert hat.

Cons:

Man kann nur mit dem Auto in die Stadt fahren und es gibt keine andere Möglichkeit über die Landstraße in die Stadt zu gelangen

Tutti i confort a prezzi vantaggiosi
Pros:

Molto pulito, monolocale con tutti i servizi e super comodo, host sempre disponibile, due terrazze ad uso comune molto spaziose e confortevoli (una con vista mare), ampio parcheggio gratuito sempre disponibile essendo adiacecnte a supermercato Eurospin. Posizione ottimale per visitare le spiagge di Santa Severa e dintorni in macchina. Super consigliato se si è in macchina.

Cons:

Niente di rilevante, forse la TV attaccata al muro è in una posizione un po' scomoda da vedere dal letto (il braccio non si gira abbastanza) ma basta spostare un po' il letto per risolvere.

Exceptional
Pros:

Everything was nice and clear, you can find everything you need there. Also when you get out of the building there is a very cheap Supermarket and a Cafe. Close to the beach(3 minutes by car). I recommend it and for sure I will come back.

Cons:

The only thing was the single bed. It would be great a bigger bed or a couch.

A very nice place to stay, with parking, in house coffee shop, lunch restaurant and supermarket.
Pros:

Breakfast not included.

An extra shelf would be nice in both, bedroom and bathroom
