Categories

Cleanliness
7.5
Many guests called the hotel very clean and 'top tier', but several serious issues were reported (ants in bed, sour/dirty smell, stains on couch and bedding) so overall cleanliness is downgraded.
Service
10
Front desk and staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and welcoming (specific praise for Kayla); staff interactions are a major strength.
Location
9.5
Frequently called convenient and perfect for guests, though one note about courtyard being far from parking and less convenient for families.
Room Quality
8.5
Rooms praised as spacious, modern, with well-equipped kitchenettes and comfortable beds, but some guests reported stains and pest issues that lowered the score.
Amenities
8.5
Lobby amenities (coffee/tea/water), large refrigerators, and kitchenettes are positives; drawbacks include lack of hot tub/jacuzzi, limited fire pit, and occasional breakfast replenishment problems.
Value for Money
9.5
Multiple guests called the hotel affordable and great value (good price, free breakfast, helpful extras), supporting a strong value rating.
Food and Beverage
8.5
Breakfast was often described as great/delicious, but recurring operational issues (no milk/waffle batter until asked, complaints about the eggs) reduce the score slightly.
Overall Experience
10
The aggregate experience is highly positive for most guests (exceeded expectations, exceptional stays, friendly staff, quiet), though a minority experienced significant problems; overall impression is excellent.
