Great hotel
Pros:

great options for a continental breakfast and very clean

excellent property...i did request to check out an hour later and they denied that request- only small let down

Pros:

The location was great. The hotel was close to restaurants and shopping centers. The lobby was spacious. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

I purposely booked this hotel because it had a pool. The pool was out of order and I couldn't use it. I was very disappointed. The breakfast was okay one day and the next was blah. It really was a hit or Miss.

Pros:

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The well-equipped room (with a microwave, sink, small stove and large fridge) was very large, comfortable, and the beds were very soft. I thought the pillows were very soft too, but my wife complained of a headache in the morning. There was an ironing board and iron in the closet. The bathroom was very large, well-lit, and the shower was very large as well. The lobby was very large, offering free coffee and water. It doubles as a dining room for the free breakfast (which, at least on weekends, runs from 7:30-10:30). This really surprised me, because most other hotels we've stayed at cuts-off before 9:30 am. The small kitchen, where guests can self-service their breakfast, offers oatmeal, cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, two kinds of sausage links, three kinds of fruit juices (apple, orange, and cranberry), and coffee (with decaf also), and hot tea. The employees kept the breakfast area well-stocked with food. The lobby also had several big-screen TV's (but offered limited programming). The pool was nice (and clean), as well as the exercise room with weights, ellipticals, and treadmills. There was also a small laundry area where guests can do their own laundry. The area the hotel was in was safe, and the security at the hotel (room key required to open side doors) were in working order. I was very impressed with this facility, and we enjoyed our stay there.

Cons:

The ONLY two complaints were in our room: The shelf in the closet was collapsed down onto the clothes rod, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working. Neither was a big deal to us, so I mentioned this to the Front Desk when I checked out.

Pros:

Beautiful room and amenities. It was so spacious and had more than we needed, like an apartment!

Cons:

Many of the guests were loud late into the night, especially above us, which made it harder to get a goodgood night’s rest.
