Extremely nice and helpful stay; clean room, nice pool. good breakfast.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful. I had a problem with my phone service and with a tour booking and the owner's daughter let me use their office phone and also called some tour operators for me. The owner herself also let us use their general bathroom/shower and dressing room to change after we did a ski jet tour and had checked out earlier in the day before we left Bora Bora. Swimming pool was very nice. Room was clean; Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

One day we only had a tour in the morning, so we stayed at the lodging that afternoon. There was a strong chemical smell outside (spraying for mosquitos, cleaning). We had left our window open to get some air while we were gone and even after closing it the smell gave us headaches. We went for a walk..I forgot to mention this to the owner. Also the family in the room above and adjacent had a young boy about 6 who was throwing tantrums and whining off and on all afternoon; maybe we should have contacted the owner about it, but the family seemed very rude and troublesome..and as we were leaving the next day, we didn't say anything..They were quiet at night.

Pros:

L'emplacement,la chambre était sympa, très propre,le petit frigo dans la chambre,la piscine également et la possibilité de manger sur sa petite terrasse, la gentillesse de tout le personnel mais surtout de Maheata la gérante 🙏, un grand merci pour leur accueil

Pros:

Qualità del sonno abbastanza buona, unica nota positiva è che ci è stato permesso di lasciare le valigie e di fare una doccia fato che il nostro volo era serale e le camere bisogna lasciarle alle 11.00 del mattino.

Cons:

Ho prenotato con Booking a dicembre del 2024 e pensavo di avere ottenuto delle camere decenti, ma così non è stato forse appunto perché avevo prenotato attraverso booking alla reception mi hanno detto che se avessi mandato una mail avrei ricevuto uno sconto del 15% sul prezzo della camera! In ogni caso la camera che ci è stata assegnata è tra le peggiori del lodge ed a questo punto non riesco a comprendere le entusiastiche recensioni ricevute dalla struttura! Camera piccolissima senza la possibilità di appoggio delle valigie che ho dovuto mettere sulle sedie ( come da foto allegata ) e dunque senza la possibilità di poter stare seduto personalmente. Bagno piccolo con water in un angolo che non permetteva una seduta comoda ( le ginocchia quasi toccavano la parete di fronte ). Alla reception non c'è una persona fissa e se si ha bisogno di qualcosa bisogna telefonare. Meno male che siamo stati tutto il tempo fuori dal lodge.

A really lovely property
Pros:

This was a really great location with lovely amenities and very helpful hosts. It was also well equipped for cooking your own simple meals and had good supermarkets nearby. We also really enjoyed the lovely pool - the property was kept really clean and had lovely gardens and the benefit of parking. We had a great stay with our teenage daughter.

Cons:

The only issue we had was handling the nightly ant invasions around the next door kitchen, but we did get a good system for managing that by the time we were leaving and the hosts had provided spray which worked a treat!

Host was extremly nice and helpful
Pros:

Very good option for Bora Bora if you don't want a fancy resort on a motu.
The host did a great job helping us with everything and even gave us sunscreen for our lagoon trip.
You just need to know that it is a 30 min walk to the town with the market and restaurants so it is best to have a car or scooter available.

Cons:

No beachfront neither a spa as advertised. Cramped indoor and outdoor. The view from the bedroom on the stairs of the accommodation above.
The suncream prohibited at the swimming pool. The obligation of washing dishes in a bathroom sink. No washing facility for swimming suit rince and spin.

Cons:

This property was advertised as a hotel when it definitely is not. The location is remote so you need transportation. There were bugs all in my room, not the usual few you find in tropical locations but ants everywhere and a few roaches. There were also dead geckos, I was told the property had been poisoning them because some guests were scared... This was a hostel type spot for a very high rate. I was disappointed and would not stay here again. We ended up leaving early even though they would not accommodate early check out.
