Geweldig genieten! Op Madera
Pros:

Een prachtige hotel en al even prachtige locatie met geweldige tuin met mooie zwembaden. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

Alles. Lekker de zon onder zien gaan in zee een lekker aperitief.

Design en luxe, van alle gemakken voorzien
Pros:

Heel mooi design hotel op een prachtig plekje boven het stadje. En ook nog eens eenvoudig bereikbaar door de verschillende liften. Van heel veel faciliteiten voorzien, waarvan het infinity zwembad misschien wel de mooiste is. Omgeving is ook prachtig en zonnig, ontbijt erg luxe. Het lijkt ook standaard om van het ontbijt etenswaren mee te nemen voor de lunch. Een voordeel voor sommigen, maar misschien niet de bedoeling van het hotel.

Cons:

De parkeergelegenheid is wat beperkt (en soms krap), maar op de weg kun je ook prima je auto kwijt. Soms betekent dat wel een eindje lopen naar de ingang van het hotel.

Pros:

It was our second stay at this awesome location. The scenery of the location is beautiful, the facility has a wonderful design and the staff is professional, supportive and friendly. From swimming in the pool at sunrise to the excellent dinner at night, it is a good place yo enjoy life.

Cons:

You feel proud of yourself when you have mamaged the temperature of the pool in the morning hours ;-)

Schöne Lage, aber nicht 4 Sterne würdig.
Pros:

Tolle Lage schöner Pool

Cons:

Das Hotel hat eigentlich in schönes Ambiente und ein gutes Designkonzept.
Leider ist es total abgewohnt und hat Renovierungsbedarf vor allem in den
Zimmern. Die Betten sind schlecht, die Möbel sind sehr abgenutzt.

Si nous revenons une 3ème fois à Madère, nous choisirons incontestablement cet hôtel !
Pros:

Le sourire, la gentillesse et la discrétion du personnel.
Petits déjeuners fabuleux.
Accès à la piscine et au spa à toute heure avec un cadre époustouflant.
À recommander !

Cons:

Restaurant un peu cher mais il y a pleins de petits restaurants autour de l'hôtel, donc de quoi satisfaire toutes les budgets.
Point faible : le parking (attention aux contraventions)

Excellent hotel with beautiful views
Pros:

The outside pool area was excellent - quiet, beautiful views, good sized pool, always enough sun loungers. The breakfast was varied and very nice too. The room was a good size and we also enjoyed eating at the restaurant one evening. The housekeepers also did an excellent job of keeping our rooms clean.

Erholsamer Urlaub in schönem Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage ist wunderschön. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt. Ständig wurde geputzt, gefegt oder gemalert. Die ein oder andere Stelle gehört erneuert, das tut aber einem schönen, entspannten Urlaub keinen Abbruch.
Unser Zimmer mit Meerblick war sehr schön, sauber und ein gutes Bett.
Die Zimmer mit Meerblick,400er und 500er Nummern, sind nach Südosten ausgerichtet.
Was jetzt im Winter toll wer. Sonnenaufgang und Sonne bis zum späten Nachmittag auf dem Balkon.
Alle anderen Zimmer sind nach Süden oder Südwesten ausgerichtet. Im Sommer sicher schön, weil nicht so heiß auf dem
Balkon und Abendsonne.
Sehr ausgiebiges Frühstücksbuffet. Täglich wechselnde Eiergerichte und vegetarisches. Wenn es mal voll und laut wird, in den Nebenraum wechseln. Sehr schönes Ambiente dort.
Zu uns war das Personal immer freundlich. Kommt vielleicht auch auf die eigene Freundlichkeit an!
Die Party am Freitag verlief jedes Mal angemessen und um 23.30 Uhr war Schluss. Wir (58 und 67 Jahre) waren einen Abend dort. Uns hat es gefallen, wir mögen diese Musik und junge Menschen um uns herum.
Am Morgen war schon um 8-9 Uhr nichts mehr von der Party zu sehen.
Uns hat der Urlaub in diesem Hotel sehr gefallen. Wir würden wiederkommen.
Einen Parkplatz haben wir auch immer gefunden.

Cons:

Für uns hat alles gepasst.
Verbesserungsvorschläge:
- Um zu den Zimmern zu kommen, gibt es nur Treppen - vor allem im Garten. Die Treppe ist breit genug um einen Teil als Rampe auszubauen.
- Die schwarzen Teppiche im Eingangsbereich sind immer voller Hundehaare. Das ist nicht einladend. Vielleicht hellere, bunte Teppiche mit kurzem Floor auslegen.
- Der indoor Pool sollte renoviert werden.

wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage, das Frühstück, die Betten , großen Fenster , der Pool und das nette, zuvorkommende Personal haben uns am besten gefallen.

Cons:

Etwas hellhörig. Aber wir hatten Glück mit den Nachbarn.;-)
Die Sauna ist sehr klein und renovierungsbedürftig. Das Dampfsauna funktionierte nicht richtig. Dafür entschädigte der Jacuzzi mit dem schönen Blick.
