We only had two issues: the parking and the Purple Night.

Parking: Parking was horrible because it was almost always full. During the day, many of the spaces were taken by people going to the beach, and in the evening by people coming to watch the sunset. Because of this, it was often almost impossible to find a parking space near the hotel.

Purple Night: I’m not really sure what to say about this one. I understand that it’s a design hotel and that events are part of the concept, but this felt like a full-blown party until around 11:30 PM, with many locals and tourists who weren’t staying at the hotel. For a 4-star hotel, I’m not sure allowing that many outsiders into the hotel grounds is the best choice.

The noise itself actually wasn’t the main problem for us. We had an ocean-view room, so we could barely hear anything apart from some distant beats. The bigger issue was the aftermath. There was vomit in the central garden area (for more then 24 hour), and plastic bottles laying around the hotel paths. It really didn’t look good, especially for a 4-star hotel.

Nu e garantat ca gasesti loc de parcare. Hotelul necesita niste imbunatatiri pe parte spa, piscina poate si camere. Lipsa tv-uri smart.

O quarto aquece bastante devido à exposição solar, tornando necessário manter o ar condicionado ligado durante a noite. O principal inconveniente é o ruído do próprio AC, que pode tornar-se um incómodo.
O pequeno-almoço poderia beneficiar de uma maior variedade, nomeadamente com opções como panquecas, waffles e uma seleção mais diversificada de salgados.
Um ponto a melhorar seria a disponibilidade de espreguiçadeiras junto à piscina exterior, que se revelou limitada.
Por fim, o serviço de bar da piscina Kabo poderia ser reforçado com algumas opções de snacks ao longo do dia, mesmo que disponibilizadas num formato simples de self-service.

One day, they organized a party near the pool with external guests. On that day, it was very difficult to find a place to park the car, and there was no possibility to rest because of the noise and the number of people. In general the parking situation around the hotel is difficult. There are some parking lots at the hotel but usually you are forced to park in the street.
