Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was great — the room was warm, clean, and comfortable. All necessary amenities were provided, and everything worked properly, which made our stay very convenient and enjoyable.

The location is also very good. The hotel is situated in a nice neighborhood on an active street, yet it felt safe and clean at all times. It’s also easy and convenient to get to the city center, which is a big advantage for travelers.

Overall, we had a very positive experience. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other guests 😊

Pros:

Camera accogliente e pulita, con anche l’adattatore per le prese. Bagno piccolo ma con tutto il necessario. Ottimo quartiere. Per Londra meglio di così a questo prezzo è molto difficile

Extremely great value for money!
Pros:

Great value for money and perfectly located for our needs. The room was very clean, and although we initially had a minor issue with verification to obtain the access codes, the customer service team resolved it quickly. The keyless entry through the guest portal worked flawlessly. We really appreciated being able to store our bags in a locker until 11pm on checkout day. It was also a bonus that the room included useful facilities, along with access to a cafeteria offering ground coffee, plus amenities like an iron, fridge, and microwave. The room was also very quiet, with no outside noise at all.

Cons:

We knew we had booked a compact room, but the bathroom was particularly small. It was very clean and had excellent toiletries, though it did feel a bit cramped. That said, it suited our needs perfectly for our stay.

Great value, wonderful stay!
Pros:

Great location. Clean room, comfortable bedding. Bath products were lovely. Love the addition of a yoga mat- it ideally fit the room space. Very well appointed room.

Cons:

Stairs and corridors could use a bit of TLC. Everything else was faultless.

Pros:

C'è tutto quel che serve. La camera silenziosa, con un arredamento essenziale, moderno, caldo e accogliente e di buon gusto. Piccoli grandi confort: forno a microonde, piccolo fridge, caffettiera/kettle termica e caffè e tea, piatti e posate e tutto quel che occorre per uno spuntino in camera se siete stanchi), tv, spina per cellulare, asciugacapelli, mat per yoga (potete anche seguire le lezioni in video se volete o allenarvi in una palestra non lontana dalla struttura. Entrambe le attività, gratuite). Letto doppio non grandissimo ma molto comodo. Bagno moderno piccolo ma funzionale con con tutto quel che occorre e con doccia perfetta: getto potente e acqua calda sempre in quantità ottimale.
Altro plus è il lock a disposizione dove lasciare i propri bagagli se arrivate prima del check in o avete il vostro volo di ritorno molto dopo il check out (anche questo servizio è compreso nel costo della stanza).
Lo staff è estremamente gentile e pronto a rispondere alle richieste. Ho trovato una ragazza italiana nella struttura molto garbata e disponibile e anche le risposte in chat sono state immediate, risolutive e amichevoli. Location molto buona. Holland Park è una zona sicura e centrale. Trasporti a brevissima distanza. Nottinghill raggiungibile a piedi così come High Street Kensington e Earl's Court
Se volete autonomia e privacy, libertà e al contempo sicurezza ad un prezzo estremamente ragionevole, questo è il posto giusto.

Cons:

Attenzione all'ampiezza della stanza. Sceglietene una adeguata, perché ce ne sono di grandezze diverse.
Per quanto riguarda il problema delle scale per le stanze ai piani più alti per alcuni viaggiatori con pesanti bagagli, questo
dovrebbe essere ormai risolto dal nuovo moderno, ascensore (durante il mio soggiorno stavano completando i lavori).Informatevi.
