Cons:

В Апартаментах ковер на полу был в больших грязных пятнах, не пропылесосен,окна грязные ,в углах комнат лежала пыль , стены местами тоже грязные, постельное белье было мятое, утюг был сожжен, одежду таким гладить точно нельзя, санузлы очень маленьких размеров, разочарованы. на фото выглядело все намного лучше

Далеко от моря и дороговато, заплатил больше 500 евро за 5 суток, потом вернул одни сутки, но мне компенсировали только немногим больше 40 евро

Unclean Property and Refused Refund

Location is good.

Cons:

The apartment was not cleaned before our arrival. There was trash inside, and the bed sheets had not been changed. The property offered us an alternative accommodation, but it was also not cleaned. As a result, we did not stay at the property at all. Despite this, they refused to provide a refund.

Definitely will consider to rent again when next time in Cyprus
Pros:

The property is new, within a good central location, clean and very well equipped. Plenty of hot water. The balcony is huge with comfortable armchair and a table - excellent for the morning coffee. There are even power adapters!

Cons:

The bathroom in master bedroom is very small.

Departamento con dos diferentes ubicaciones

Moderno, limpio, bien equipado.

Cons:

Este aviso es algo engañoso.. ya que tienen dos nombres de dos edificios diferentes. Yo había reservado en otra ubicación y me mandaron a otro lugar. La electricidad saltaba y se cortó varias veces incluso el 31 de diciembre a las 23:30 de la noche.. por suerte salimos a recibir el año nuevo y cuando regresamos pudimos subir los brakets pero si te bañabas con agua caliente y tenías la cocina prendida saltaba la electricidad.
La ubicación está ok.. pero no es la mejor.

Cypr jest piękną wyspą i napewno wrócimy w innym terminie, tak żeby była trochę lepsza pogoda niż w styczniu :)

We really loved the apartment. It was super clean, cozy, and everything was new. We really enjoyed spending our days there. Thank you so much for the Marshal speaker; we were even able to use it. The owner was always in touch. The location is super convenient – ​​you can walk to great cafes and get delicious coffee, and we could easily walk to the beach and the city center. The building was also quiet. We were very pleased and will be back!
