Onsen, clean, kind helpful staff near train station with affordable rates and 11a check out.
Pros:

Clean, predictable, Onsen, kind and helpful staff, attitude of service, water and coffee in lobby, amenities in lobby, heated toilet seats, laundry room, close to train. 11am check it. Affordable too. I’m used to staying in “the big Japan brand chain” in Tokyo where they go out of their way to thwart any service or service-minded attitude, have an earlier check out and don’t flex on it, without charging. This was a refreshing break from that. Very kind people here.

Cons:

Onsen, clean, heated toilet seat, roomy shower, good water pressure, comfortable bed, near train station, 11am checkout, water and coffee in lobby, heated indoor hallways.

概ね満足です。
Pros:

駅から直結していて、雨や雪に濡れないのが良い。札幌市内のホテルは満室であったり値段が高いので、新さっぽろに宿泊するのは盲点だった。札幌駅までもJRもあれば、地下鉄でも行けるのが良い。部屋も綺麗で広く快適でした。大浴場もあるのが嬉しい。

Cons:

大浴場がせっかくあるのに、サウナがないのが大変残念です。あと、少し気になる点としてはエレベーターのドアが開閉するのがとても遅く、軽くイラッとくる。

有連通道超級棒不用在雪地裏拖行李，房間整潔具備一切需要的物品，暖氣不會太熱

Pros:

宿泊費がそんな高くないのに大浴場がついていて
嬉しかったし疲れが取れて最高でした。
スタッフさんの対応もよかったです。

Cons:

脱衣所が狭くロッカーもドライヤーの場所も
空くのを待つ人が多々いました。

あと階段が欲しかったです。
エレベーターが少し遅くまだ？とか
いっぱいで乗れないと言ってる声も聞きました。
