The lady who served and made breakfast was lovely

We have stayed at the Port Of Kyrenia Hotel this weekend and we will definitely will not stay there again.
We booked the Hotel based on the images posted on Booking.com
The photos posted ok on bookings do not look anything like the actual hotel. The rooms are not good. We complained about our room and was moved. The new room was bigger but it was in major need of repair and updating. The room had a broken cupboard, damp on the ceiling, shower that didn't work properly.
The staff told us breakfast was not included in our booking. We showed the booking which clearly said we had breakfast included.

The one positive was the last who served and made our breakfast. She was lovely and the breakfast was nice.

We were left disappointed.

Konumu çok merkezi, havaalanı ya da diğer bölgeye gitmek için otobüslerin olduğu bölgeye aynı zamanda Girne limana da çok yakın.

Cons:

Kahvaltısı çok yetersiz, kahve makinesi bozuktu, yan odada ki tüm sesler odamızdaydı ve odada ki sular günü birlik yenilenmedi.
