A hospedagem era para três pessoas e haviam 2 cobertas extras. Foi solicitado logo que chegamos, reforçamos no dia seguinte. E continuamos apenas com as 2 cobertas.

Pros:

Os cômodos eram muito bons , bom pra passar uma temporada, próximo da praia. Pra quem gosto de diversão está a minutos dos bares e restaurantes. Linda vista pra quem gosta de caminhar .

Cons:

O facto dele não estar limpo, havia muita poeira e as cortinas devem ser trocadas. A casa fica muito tempo fechada e a casa estava abafada até peguei uma constipação.

Lugar para sentirse en un lugar acogedor, comodo y practico con todas las comodidades
Pros:

Para ser un apartamento indivudal, está bien dividido y super util para pasar unos dias diferentes en una zona que da para ir a visitar playa, bares y demas, super practico comodo y privado si deseas cocinar diariamente sin tener que salir a comer en la calle todos los dias y los supermercados estan a menos de 15 minutos caminando.

Si tuviese que quedarme otra vez por el mismo precio y la misma cantidad de dias lo haria encantado, cada pocos dias te cambian las toallas del baño y el personal siempre es amable, ubicacion ingualable junto con vistas y espacios perfectos y bien mantenidos

Cons:

Hubo unos dias que en la zona estuvieron haciendo reparaciones y nos tocó algunos dias que pasamos algunas horas sin agua pero no es responsabilidad del hotel, la fachada está gastada y la pintura se cae.

Confortable mais peu approprié pour se reposer car le lieu est extrêmement bruyant. Ok pour la fête.

Le studio était parfait car très bien équipé, propre et confortable !

Cons:

C'est un lieu terriblement bruyant. J'ai dû acheter des bouchons d'oreille car le studio était très mal isolé. On entend tout ce qui se passe dehors, à l'étage et même dans la rue d'à côté qui est très mouvementé (à savoir si l'on vient pour le travail).
Côté réception, il n'y a pas d'accueil physique en tant que tel. Je suis arrivée à 22h et ai attendu à l'entrée environ 20mn pour qu'une personne vienne m'ouvrir. Il y a un numéro de téléphone mais personne ne répond.

Uncomfortable Bathroom & Living Room

It was very close to The Strip, it was like staying in the centre of The Strip, so it was very lively.

Cons:

Every time I went in the bathroom, the water was dripping from the top of the ceiling, when we were using the toilet, water drippings on us, the same issue in the living room, this was very, very uncomfortable for me, and my partner, we hardly sat in the living room for this reason we couldn't even relax in the room and watch TV.

Shower rail kept falling down, wasn't fixed properly, it fell on me many times, and I temporarily fixed it when it should be fixed permanently by the management.

We were not expecting this in our holiday. When I went to Eirasol Hotel to confirm my taxi to airport, the receptionist was not willing to assist me, she told me she cannot help, she told me to go to another hotel to get it sorted which I did.

When Eirasol were supposed to assist me another receptionist from another hotel confirmed my taxi and gave me a printout.

So this was not very good customer service from Eirasol hotel when they were part of Umbral.
