Very rural setting but nice staff and local people very helpful
Quite basic and a little noisy at times
AC was working properly
Room was not cleaned properly, used linen was provided after raising complaint at mid night one staff has come and changed the linen, however bed sheet was not changed as the staff said it is got getting changed. Stay was unhygienic as the cleaning was not done on a regular intervals. Hotel is not worth for the people who are vegetarian as beef shop is there in main entrance. Water not provided in room as you have to filled from the designated area. WiFi is very very poor, it is only accessible at stairs and landing areas. Room was not allocated properly two room were provided in two different floors. My group stay was horrible and fell being cheated. Reception was not in operational it was always closed, for any requirements you have call the care taker for assistance. We have called more than 10 times in the provided phone however were not responded after one hour we are able connect and get the check out done. Only one thing I must say we kept our at luggage at reception for entire day.
Room and bathroom were large. Nice balcony overlooking the busy street. Lots of water pressure and hot water. Cold a/c and a fan. Excellent towels. Location great with restaurants, grocery stores, liquor store, salons and hardware stores nearby.
The mattress was thin and hard as rock which made sleeping very uncomfortable. The internet was slow and unreliable. I need good Internet to edit videos for YouTube @DougPVlogs
Location was nice
Stayed for 4 days. No cleaning the room n then u need to ask the guy to clear the bins n that also u need keep the bins outside the room. No room cleaning was done inside the room till I stayed there
Staff behaviour and carelessness
Very clean premises and good spacious rooms with all amenities and beautiful view from balcony.
