Great place and enjoyed our stay!!
Pros:

I liked the location. Getting the key and getting into our room was easy. The place was very clean.
Walked around to a restaurant and felt very safe.

Cons:

I knew ahead of time but the no elevator is quite difficult.

Gorgeous seating area by the pool. Great window view. Helpful friendly staff recommendations at property. Nice Roku Tv.

Ben situat. Assequible pels preus que hi ha a Puerto Rico, tampoc no és barat ni tan bona qualitat.

Cons:

Petit, la zona d’estar no era gaire confortable i la neteja prou deficient. Hi vam estar més d’una setmana: no es neteja en cap moment, ni es canvien tovalloles ni llençols (tampoc en disposes per canviar-los tu mateix).

A perfect place to stay to enjoy San Juan!
Pros:

I very much enjoyed my stay in this apartment. It is very comfortable, spacious, bright, and quiet. The location is excellent, very centrally located with bus stops close by to go anywhere in San Juan. Whenever I had an issue they were very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Cons:

The air conditioner in the bedroom works very well, but I think the filter needs to be changed.

Great find for a great price.
Pros:

Very convenient location. Beach was only a couple blocks away and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance.
Units were very updated and modern. Beds were comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Nice outside common area for relaxing.

Cons:

The water in the shower of one of our units never got hot.

Needs some improvement
Pros:

Location was ok, it was quiet, the bed was comfortable and it had plenty of space.

Cons:

The grounds need some TLC, they appear unkept.. The kitchen light didn't work, the ac in the living room didn't seem to work properly. The fridge was on the highest setting and was cold. We stored our beverages in the freezer..it took 2 days to make ice..The hot water in the shower would be warm for a minute then it was cold. The bathroom walls could use a good cleaning.

Pros:

Fräscha handdukar o lakan. Skön säng. Bra med kaffe o mjölk på rummet. Fanns även schampo, duschcreme o bodylotion. Bra o lättillgänglig personal.

Cons:

Lite ostädad balkong. Ingen städning ingick under vår vistelse på 5 nätter, men vi kunde själva gå och byta handdukar.

Very clean but very cramped.
Pros:

It was reasonably priced and easy access to where we wanted to go.

Cons:

We went with another couple. Same price per couple. They had a full apartment (kitchen, laundry, couch 2 TV’s and a separate bedroom) and we got a small room with just a bed (not even a chair. Not that there was room) and a very small bathroom.

Buena ubicación y comodidad
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de tiendas y restaurantes. También queda muy cerca de La Placita y en general se nota que es una zona segura. Los apartamentos tienen muy buen espacio, están limpios y tienen todo muy cómodo.

Cons:

Por las mañanas nos despertaron martillazos que no supimos exactamente de dónde venían. Imaginamos que están haciendo renovaciones al edificio.

Amazing
Pros:

Staff was amazing and very helpful. Apartment had 2 bedroom 2 bathroom which was clean a washer and dryer. The area was in a prime location in San Juan. We were near everything.

Cons:

Only thing missing was a full length mirror. So we can see our outfits
