Pleasant stay near long beach!
Pros:

Its well maintained property with very helpful owner.. Rooms are spacious and clean.. swimming pool is smaller but other amenities were upto the mark. Kithchen is good with all utensils and a gas which is very comfortable for quick cooking especially if you have children.

Cons:

It's nowhere near as nice first-hand as in the photos; maybe the photos are very old or maybe just very well done, but the rooms don't look like that. AC and fan both noisy. The swimming pool is tiny and it generally feels a bit cramped

Au top !
Pros:

Top notre hôte nous a conseillé pour les activités et à gérer ça elle même pour qu'on ait juste à lui rembourser l'argent. Elle était adorable! Possibilité de faire laver les vêtements aussi pour 30k le kg. Aussi L'emplacement au top car on avait la rue animé à max 1km donc faisable à pied. Il y avait aussi pleins de restaurants autour. Bcp de taxi deservent si vous voulez aller partout sur l'île. Pleins d'endroit légale pour changer l'argent si besoin

Cons:

Bcp de moustiques et de lézard (inoffensifs) donc pensez à prendre un anti moustique

Exceptional host, exceptional stay
Pros:

The host was a lady I have rarely met. I'll always remember her kindness and assistance. Cozy bungalow in a serene garden, exceptionally clean. For all the staff - a big thank you ! I hope i can revisit you again sometime.

Boli sme spokojní.
Pros:

Skvele udržiavan okolie. Spoločná vonkajšia kuchynka plne vybavená a čistá. Izbu nám upratovali každý deň! Bazén udržiavaný s príjemnou teplotou.

Cons:

Chýbal nám uložný priestor. Jedna malá skrinka pre 4 osoby je málo, museli sme mať veci v kufroch. Pri bazéne bolo len jedno lehátko, hodilo by sa ešte aspoň jedno. Ale boli to maličkosti, ktoré nám náladu nepokazilo. Aj napriek malým nedostatkom toto ubytovanie odporúčam.

Lovely, cheap and comfortable
Pros:

Great friendly staff, sorted our washing for just over £1. Nice location, 5 minutes from main street . Really nice massage and nail bar on road to main street

Pleasant cozy stay
Pros:

Accomodation is tucked in a quiet lane and not far from main road and about 10-12min walk to the beach.

The room is clean and tidy- with cleaners attending everyday to provide basic needs including water. It has basic amenities including kettle to make basic tea/ coffee and ready to make items needing hot water.

There is a shared kitchen in the common area with all basic amenities to make quick meals.
The pool is perfect and the whole environment gives a cozy feel.

Phu has attended to all our needs and has attended to calls as soon as she can. She helped me with getting a rental bike and answered as many queries as possible.

There were not too many mosquitoes, but won’t be surprised if they will have some due to the weather.

Cons:

Lizards which were harmless and this will be true for any other place too due to weather/ temperature.

A quiet stay in Phu Quoc
Pros:

The bungalows are situated on a nice small street with a lovely green view over the garden. The beach is just 10 minutes away, and close-by, there are many restaurants and massage places. Very convenient location. The room is spacy. The staff very nice.

Cons:

We booked a room with a kitchen hoping to prepare our own breakfast and other meals, but in reality, there was only a kettle and nothing else in the room. However, the owners have an open-air kitchen downstairs, so we could use that without any problems.
The bed sheets are not natural, so the sleeping is a little bit uncomfortable.
There were some electricity issues - but only in some days.
